The backbone of this sound is a super deep brown noise which I have created specifically with the intention of promoting relaxation and focus.
In addition, another sound has been placed under the base spaceship noise. This noise is a very deep frequency ( 100hz ) binaural beat starting at a separation of 5hz. As the track progresses the frequency lowers even further ( 50hz ) to lull you into a deeper nap and the binaural separation falls to a very calm .5hz.
Since binaural beats are being used and the frequencies are so low headphones are especially important here to get the full effect.

Finally found a good 1hr brown noise vid... all the other shorter ones didn't sound right but this hits that sweet spot of being deep but still having the windy, _woosh_ quality.

Made me fall into sleep like a baby several nights already, it's surprisingly not uncomfortable sleeping in headphones (the small ones that is, not sure about full size)
Just close yo eyes, think of sleep and you wake up the next morning already (having watched a few dreams if you're lucky!)
