I think this situation is really tragic and exhausting for all involved. Jamie and Frankie seem to be in denial about their relationship and avoiding facing the pain they've caused each other by shifting the focus and blame to their friends. By Frankie focusing her anger on Tina and Olivia claiming they are the problem, she is then avoiding her anger with the person who really betrayed her - Jamie (and herself for staying with him). Jamie is doing the same, projecting the dysfunction of their relationship onto others. Yes people like Harry aren't helping, but it is his girlfriend who has chosen to act like this with Harry. I suspect that as long as Jamie and Frankie avoid the truth/accountability and accept each other's lies, they will live in an illusion and in the process create so much damage to themselves and their friendships. I hope they work it out and start believing better ways of relating are possible, even if they've not experienced or witnessed a healthy example.
