My man. This is why Perdomo is the finest of cigars. Every one an experience in of itself. The way you make cigars is the marrying of science and art in one perfect union.

Thank you for making these clips. I’m sorry I missed you at our local tobacconist a few weeks ago, and look forward to finding a favorite in your product line.

Does that young lady have a name? Just a little engagement with them would show some respect. These people work hard and I can tell when I enjoy a Perdomo. Thank you ladies and gentlemen.

He does say some of the people names in other clips. If you know this guy at all you should know he is respectful. The majority of the people under his employment have been with him for 19 years. That says volumes. Someone this meticulous knows everyone working for him.
I would wager that it is the lady who asked for her name not to be spoken and not the other way around... Because respect. Goes both ways. Hope you are having a fantastic summer.

Maybe out of privacy they don't divulge that information

Do you not play music for them to work too? Surprising for a musician too. For such a monotonous job I’m sure it would increase production. Or did you turn it off to record?

Looking at wages in Nicaragua. Minimum wage is like $170 a month. Even if Perdomo pays 3 times that, those 106 workers still get like $20 per day. Thats 2 cigars :) One box pays for their monthly salary. Perdomo needs to sell something like 4000-7000 boxes to cover the salary of lower staff. I love planet Earth. :)

Knowing their wages/salary is irrelevant when compared to our societies as we don't know the cost of life in this country. In North America, a 2000$ per month salary isn't that much for a common man's life expenditures. However, take that same 2000$ per month salary to many other developing nations and all of a sudden, you're rich beyond measure.

Do these employees work standing all day long? I hope not, don't see any chairs. Haven't seen too many smiling faces in the last few videos I have watched. Are you like an overseer in an old American South plantation?

First of all, there's nothing wrong with working standing up all day. Many professions require you to be standing all day long. From scientists working in a lab to workers in a tobacco factory. Secondly, they probably have rubber/foam carpets to minimize fatigues at their feet. Thirdly, they obviously have breaks and lunches where they can sit. They also most likely rotate their workers every few hours. And finally, I'm sure when there's no camera around, those guys are all chatting, smiling and laughing.

H Max you seem like a SJW...nobody likes SJWs. Just sit back and enjoy a cigar knowing they took pride in making it.
