    Every one of these videos I watch have a lower trim and isn't the 5 so the video doesn't help much. Thankfully I was a tech at a dealership and know how to work around things so this was very helpful in locating the screws without touching the car so thumbs up on that

    No need to take apart the top button lever, just remove the bottom contact point box as you did, then open to reveal the contacts. The contacts all the way to the base points under the copper feet accumulate dirt. Carefully pull them up to then take out the rectangular metal spring piece and then clean up every contact point.

    thanks for the video - I was unsure of how to get the interior trim off the door! both my driver master controls for the rear two windows don't work and one of my rear passenger ones can't go up!
