They took off the overloaded garbage on her kit. Why did she need to do triple damage to shields with her passive? Why did she need to do double damage to minions with her Q making it stupidly easy to reset and stack her passive? Why did her ult need to not only slow, damage, and zone, but also disarm? They moved some power to the raw numbers in her ult, the slow is stronger and it does more damage, they did fine with her nerfs.

I feel like they've simply given up for a good reason. Let's be honest, we have Camille being op with a poke rune, there's no way to predict a champion's optimal keystone.
i love how unaccurate this is now, look at how much was removed passive: completely changed q: arguably was the least changed ability on this champion but still nerfed once and a while but at some point was buffed to deal extra damage to minions i believe but was gotten rid of when they realised it made her waveclear insane. w: removed magic damage reduction when flexed in mid lane basically. e: i mean the stun duration is low, that was gotten rid of on release(the stun duration being higher i mean), and not only that but her cooldown went up on it i believe r: no more of that debuff to be seen. theres probably way more im missing but you basically made this irrelevant.
That's why you need to practice, it took me 5 months to get her even though im a support and mage mai, which usually hides in the back, now i learned how to be more aggressive and playful at the same time, entering and exiting a team fight is not a prob to me anymore

only a hotfix ? you mean post champion spotlight nerfs and before she makes it to live ,like original swain release ? i also give it 5 patches of constant nerfs after the live hotfix nerf , Her item and build flexibility is nuts , her E is impossible to dodge , her mobility is higher , she has anti ad and anti ap tools in her kit , she has both ad and ap bruiser and on hit viable buildpaths, her trading pattern in lane is even worse now , her ult range ult base damage and penatly for crossing the wall are too high, her Q mark resets need to be removed. Also how much do you want to bet ap items are going to get nerfed further just because of how much she can abuse them
Ungureanu Bogdan I played her on PBE and I can tell you that she is perfectly balanced the way she is. If you know how to play her you will get rewarded, somewhat like riven or yasuo.
only those with precise mouse movements and fast hands can pick up irelia.. her q depends on reaction and rhythm her e is meant for better mouse movements

I think it's 2 items and you get the 100 percent or close to it. Ap bruiser is viable and pretty much plays like a tank just with lots of dmg. She can build a ton of different ways on pbe. All feel pretty strong. Not much doesn't work on her, with only a sheen item being kind of mandatory. Diversifying builds drastically I think is a move in the right direction with k sai and now her, shake up things a bit, until riot kills tank meta. Only 2 seasons, or is it 3 now? Gotta change soon.
This looks so FUN to play against. There's NOTHING I like more than a million dashes and stuns. Also like how you're getting on the habit of running out of concepts and just designing champions to kill other champions with as little counterplay available as possible, as demonstrated by an extremely mobile champ having shield busting capabilities, CC, displacement, innate healing, and a way to cancel other champions' auto attacks. Great company. Rito balancing team has saved the game again.
