    Correction: for LTR weathy pensioner, the 80K USD income must be passive income. e.g, pension, rent, dividen interest. Active income such as salary does not qualify.

    If it comes to investment visa, let's say for 50+ poeple. Do they need to invest 250 k at once let's say in a condo or can they buy a first condo for 120 k and lets say two years later a condo for 130 k - is it then possible to applicate for the investment ?

      I personally used this option for myself. I applied for the LTR successfully in 2024, using two condo assets. I bought the first one in 2008 and the second one in 2018. So, to answer your question, the 250K investment does not need to be done the year you apply for the visa.
