I agree if you don’t have a dead gopher in your trap you really don’t know if you got him or not. I have a gopher trapping business by the way.. I noticed something that you and I do differently, I want to smoke or gas to go in both directions of the tunnel so I don’t put dirt back in on top of it. I use a small scrap of plywood over the hole and in that way the gas can go in both directions of the tunnel..
Burrowing rodents generally dig multiple entrance/exit holes. When you set off the smoke bomb what prevents the furry little bastards from bailing out one of these holes? The only way I see this working is if it leaves behind some kind of residue in the tunnels that irritates the critter's eyes/nose/throat so they don't return.
I am watching videos on the Giant Destroyer before I use them. One frustration is how many people including professionals, post videos immediately upon using the gas but rarely follow up on the treatment. Did it work? Once leveled off, were there new burrows and mounds over the next few days or weeks? Showing us how to light the tube and stick it in the burrow (and cover it up) is simply repeating what the instructions say. We still don't know if it works.
Smoke bombs are effective based on the gophers tunneling.. If it's long and many you will need lots and need to find the tunnels.. That means wherever there is a soft spot in the yard, poke a hole into the tunnel and drop bombs in them.. For smoke to move effectively there needs to be a draft for the smoke to spread rapidly.. If not wasting your time Bombs effectiveness is between 0% to 100%
Thank you for the video. I've finally figured out what my problem was. I didn't have a uniform on so the gophers didn't respect me. My favorite method is to flood the tunnel and when the gopher comes out, go all scar face on him with my air pistol (BB).
I did extermination I. The 1980’s and experienced an MYV Joe’s Apartment episode years before this event occurred in 1986. It happened near the Bay Parkway Exit in Brooklyn NYC. Now I’m living in sunny California and the greatest of my problems are Gophers.
My client a week ago said she tried using gopher gassers bought from Home Depot. Nope. I had it out of there by 3pm the next day. Oh, please don't buy the ultrasonic devices because they are worthless.
And obviously if your client had any idea of what she was doing she wouldn’t have needed to call you in the first place.. It reminds me of a lady who had a tutorial on RUclips and she used the gasser and it’s the first time she’s ever tried to remove a Gopher. So she started out her tutorial by saying I’m going to show you how to remove a gopher, she opened up the tunnel lit the gaster and put it in the tunnel and then covered it with dirt and then proudly exclaimed that’s all there is to it I no longer have a Gopher problem and I hope I gave you the confidence to try it yourself. To me the moral of her tutorial was, I may not know a damn thing about removing Gophers but I do know how to make a tutorial and put it on RUclips..
No "Gophers" were "exterminated". They just felt persecuted and moved to Utah and resumed breeding

I think that's exactly what the sulfur does
I guess nobody has ever done actual testing to see if this works?!?!

I prefer traps, honestly....
. Can you use these under your house?
A guy at Corkys Pest Control used a gopher smoker and caught a home on fire.Word has it the gopher is ok
30 years later, I bet Corky is slaying the ladies too..

Didn’t he used to cover Andrew Yang??? Looks and sound familiar😁

Would those work during General Conference? Asking for a friend.
Probably not. They would just stand up and sing hymns until the bad man and his scary smoke bombs went away.
So I have one under my desk
Yo! The Tie makes your video official
Are you going to be okay?🙄🥴
i have been using over 100 of those bombs. didn’t work
You need to stop sampling the product.
Less talking more action....

Wow. What a completely over the top, over enthusiastic, dad-joke video filled with 0 useful info.
Cringe....
