We used the gas this morning on our mole tunnels based off of your longer video reviewing all methods. We put the whole package into the ground between my yard and my neighbor’s yard and were careful to cover any holes we saw gas coming out of. I am positive her fence houses the main run so we focused mainly on that. Damn things scurried into a new area of my yard as soon as we went inside! Came back out a few hours later to find the new area that confirmed at least one was still alive lol. Finally grabbed a hose and flooded every damn spot I could find between my yard and hers. Drove one of them to the surface and hubs got a pitchfork and got it….we’ll see if there are any more later tonight I guess. Would be harder to use the blower as the holes r SO much smaller!
Will a gopher come out the tunnel while Im digging it out or try to bite me? Last week i was in my yard trying to dig out the tunnel hole. I told my son that i would scream like the girl I am, if a gopher bites my fingers or comes running out.
I have trouble with moles, but I have found household vinegar to work really well. I put a couple ounces down the tunnel and they can no longer smell or hunt for worms.
Jay can you tell me how to tell if i have a gopher or moles? Something in just one part of my yard that is making tunnels and long ones. ive tried those worms you stick in the tunnels but that doesn't work.

I’ve done the same thing but with a much cheaper option than a leaf blower. Use an extension cord with an old hairdryer set on cold and low. It works great and your wife will love having a new hairdryer. 😂😂
I one time plant rows of tomatoes. Next day one or 2 missing? I plant more as i had bunch left overs. Next day 2 or 3 missing? I thought maybe somebody in neighborhood stealing my plants. Next day same thing? I look around for footprintprints. None? So i shovel some dirt out and notice big hole thought snake that big..i went to feed store and they laughed at me said it is not snake..it is gophers or moles. Bought some baits to put in there. It works. Dont remember what the bait is? Over 20 years ago.
Wow, seems like you have quite the infestation. You may want to combine methods of bait and traps along with the smoke controls. How large an area are you treating?

I remember now what the bait was, it was big worms maybe poison in it and break couple of it and put in the hole that you buy from feed store
