Mr Artician I was there a couple weeks ago when Price got shelled and most Yankee fans were out by the 7th, just Sox fans stayed which was fine by me as I hate everything Yankees.
This Sox team was just too good. The situational hitting was amazing for them all postseason. Hits to the opposite field, advancing runners, sac flies, doubles, stealing extra bases, etc. they didn’t need the long ball

From my family to yours. A boston native to I presume a New Yorker. Thank you for making my day. When I woke up this morning not much was going my way. i’m broke tired single and sorta depressed. But when i sat down for the game at 7:32 my shitty life sorta went away for a bit. I got to watch a bunch of grown men mercifully beat the living daylights out of a group of helpless little boys. I saw one 5’10’’ 180 lbs man become the new mayor of NYC for a night. And I got to see a so called ace give up 6 ER over 9 outs while a man with ears bigger than tiny penis hold “The most powerful team in history” to 5 baserunners over 7 dominant innings. So to all you yankee fans out there I wish you a good night and I’ll see you tomorrow.
If your boston {SIC} team does make it to the ALCS you may find reason to crawl back to your miserable existence and your phony sycophant plea for empathy. Grow a pair.

Yankees fan here. Not even mad at Boston, they fucking destroyed us and deserve all the credit in the world. Great hitting from everyone, Eovaldi was fucking brilliant as I knew for a fact he would be, and a historic game from Holt.
But this game was over in 4 1/3 innings and while our pitching let us down, I think Boone deserves to be criticized for not recognizing the red flags and for poor situational awareness.
Pretty much every pitcher we put out there fucking sucked, but I blame it primarily on Boone because Severino was clearly off, and you could see it from as early as the 2nd inning. It took him 30+ pitches to get through that, and I don't know how Boone didn't recognize it then. If I were him, he'd have been taken out in the 3rd when he had Benintendi and Betts 2nd and 3rd with nobody out.
And in the 4th. Why the hell would you put Lynn in with the bases loaded nobody out? His role is not to get you out of tight jams. That's a job for Green or Robertson. Why the fuck didn't you have either of them warming up? Lynn is supposed to just eat innings, like in Game 1. You set him up for failure, so I don't put so much blame on him. But I knew the game was over as soon as Benintendi cleared the bases. The extra 9 runs were just cosmetic.
