    I don't normally comment, but I tried the mochi donut recipe because my cousin has celiacs and my family has been struggling to find really good gluten free desserts. It was fantastic, and she loved it which made me happy, so thank you for sharing the recipe.

      If you’re still looking for good celiac safe desserts, I’ve made Adam Ragusea’s chocolate coconut tart before and it was really good. The main hurdle is having a tart pan to make it with, but it’s an otherwise easy and very taste sweet.

    dude, I gotta be honest: I really like cooking and baking but a lot of things intimidate me especially the way every creator makes everything 100% perfect looking with fancy stuff. But watching you gave me a lot of confidence to just try and do whatever I want. The dumplings I made didn’t look perfect but they tasted good. And you really help me with not feeling bad about substituting ingredients to what I have at home! Awesome vids dude, maybe i’ll make donuts next!

      ​@@Cykotyk yeah definitely - some of my best things went through trial and error. I mean, messing up the recipe really helps understanding what ingredient does what,,, and how to improve the recipe and get what you want in the end!

    i didn't know that mochi donuts were a thing, but ive been putting mochi flour in my bread for chewyness for a while and its amazing so i can see how it would make an amazing donut

      oh hi😅 so i dont use recipies exactly. but adding sugar and whatnot makes the bread softer, but less chewy so i would just start chucking in a handfull or so gradually. i'd say about 2 parts all purpose flour to mochi flour. use for any soft bread and it gives it a toothsome quality. I do boules in a dutch oven

    The Circle of Balls shape is very common for donuts here in Japan, popularized by Mr. Donut. Probably why they shape them that way. You can rip them apart very easily and it makes them easier to share.

      Theyre pretty common where i come from, its just a few smaller piping tips in a circular form that inject from the underside of the donut

    solid 8.8 on that transition, unexpected but conjured an audible "ouu." it showed a strong continuity to the topic and kept the viewers eyes focus on the main subject before, during and after the transition. Seamless and unobtrusive conversation that did include a 4th wall break. deducting 1 point but adding one point for using the 4th wall break as a joke opportunity. Great job team!
