I will be making this today
Hello Sophie, sorry I have arrived here late, but thank you so much for this. It's exactly what I was looking for. What's your take on soya bean flour in place of gram flour?? Thanks, Dora.
For me, it's a matter of availability. If you have gram flour near you, you can use that. If you have soya flour (I personally love it in porridge), then you can use that. The taste will be a little different from the one in this video though. The good thing about it is that you can experiment and find the kind you love the most. All the best!
It looks nice thanks for sharing
Thank you for watching

NYC looking bagiyas
I want to try this
I hope you do!
Lovely. Well done. Love from Kenya
Thank you Rachel!
Thank you 😊
You are welcome! 😄
Isn't gram flour or besan flour chickpea flour?
Hi Jackie. Gram flour is the same as besan flour but different from chickpea flour.
What is gram flour
Can you use soya flour instead of gram flour ?
Yes you can. Roasted soya flour has an even better flavor.
Well researched and executed
Thank you!
Looks nice and how do you break it in pieces
Thank you Presh. When they are done cooking, you just break them with either a spoon or your hands. It's that simple.
