    I ate this in Paris and have tried to imagine how to do it! It did come out a bit similar to yours! But with the added knowledge of knowing I can boil it, I know it will be perfect when next I do it! Thanks so much for this!

      When you boil it, dry them for sometime in sun or on low temperature in the oven keeping an eye on that such that they turn out to be light and crunchy upon frying them.
      Keep me posted, thanks for watching

    I'm new here but I'm requesting you teach me how to make one of soya. I don't know if it's the same procedure. I've searched around but most people are using ovens yet I don't have an oven. Please help

    My mawogola come out very hard after deep frying. Yet i first boil them until very soft. What could be the reason?

    • @ugandankitchen.
      @ugandankitchen.  Месяц назад

      Sorry about that.
      Did you dry it before frying?

    • @GonzagaGloriah-f7f

      @@ugandankitchen. Not really. Could that be the reason?

    • @ugandankitchen.
      @ugandankitchen.  Месяц назад

      It's possible because drying them after helps to make them become light and crispy.

    Hi dear may I use any other apart from corn starch

    • @ugandankitchen.
      @ugandankitchen.  8 месяцев назад

      You can try with rice flour although it wont be the same as corn starch because it gives the crispy bit

    • @ugandankitchen.
      @ugandankitchen.  8 месяцев назад

      Note : i havent tried with any other flour apart from corn starch so i dont guarantee the best results.
