    Yes, we have been told that raki is just as good with meat as with balik!
    We can't wait to go to Adana!!!
    Wow 25 different types of Borek??? this is fantastic!!! In Bosnia, you can't say cheese borek, they say that every time someone says chesse borek, a Bosnian dies somewhere in the world 😁😁🤣🤣

      There is a saying "Raki Balik Ayvalik", when you finally make it to my hometown you will enjoy those two together a lot!

    ooo spicy yogurt drink sounded interesting! That lake was absolutely beautiful - the perfect backdrop for that great looking meal! That turkish delight looked and sounded so completely different to turkish delight sweets I have tried here

    Sirdan is very nice, but honestly, I thought the rice was going to be a bit more flavourful. Maybe it is just the place where we got it. We def have to try it in Adana.

      It's twice I'm hearing Adana today. Earlier, someone mentioned to me about Adana kebab, that is similar to a Romanian mici meat sausage.

    Icli kofte is my absolute favorite food!!
    Steve, you didn't like salgam hahaha why are you drinking it again???
    We tried bici bici in Istanbul, really good. Very refreshing without a doubt.

      He didn't like salgam in bottle before, but when he tried homemade salgam in Adana everywhere, he loved it! Haha yes call him that he is still getting used to it lol

    Both of those drinks at the beginning looked really tasty - I would definitely try. That Burma Kadayif looked really delicious. I'm not sure I'd be adventurous enough to try the stuffed stomach lining. The ice cream would be on my list for sure though! So many great and interesting options to sample around.

      The drinks can be very tough to drink as they have such unique tastes but Burma kadayıf can easily become your favorite! Hope you get to visit Turkey one day!
