Had this one and in most light it looked like more of a cream color than white and the chapter ring didn’t match very well so I ended up selling it and got a black dial version. -But I beat the hell out of it for years and never had a problem- testament to how robust that movement really is. There’s a model called SARV that looks pretty similar (same size and lumed hands too!)
Traded my Sarb033 for a new Sary057, and it's a brilliant watch. I'm a bigger guy and it fits me much better, my one keeps great time, gorgeous finishing for the price... The newer comparable Presage lines from Seiko just don't compare in my opinion, less interesting designs for a higher price than these went for, and many don't even have sapphire
Would have been nice if that second hand reached all the way out to the outer chapter ring.. As well as that hour hand.. Ok i dont like the hands, lol..
Great watch. I could be wrong but I think it was the last of the Presage line when it was still JDM only, before the big expansion of the Presage line internationally, back when their marketing tag line was "Made in Japan for Japan."
This looks almost exactly like a SARV001. A wonderful watch indeed!
sarv case is very basic and bland, i used to think the same though
@@wongpandai as I said, "almost". LoL
Hope you got the watch you're looking for!
The blue hands are the best part of that watch's original design. Interesting mod choice. Great watch though.
I have one and I have to say the case finishing, for this price level, I think is absolutely stunning. Prettier than my Tudor.
Nice! I have the black dial 057. Great day date watch.
Gorgeous watch.
I need to enter the world of Seiko ownership. Japanese watches do it for me... Thanks for the video Rob
They are back in stock, the main differences is that the top dial markings are a bit different and the rotor is no longer gold, but silver.
I personally owned just watching I think the blue hands really make it but it's a great watch
I used to have one of these. Nice watch but didn't stand up to my sarb035 in any way. Quite large too. Blue hands were the best bit.
Nice one. I always use the non English day wheel on my watches.

Very nice
Not a fan of the modded hands. Like the dial though!
Low quality 4R
