You might try for teaching jobs in school or colleges for English literature or English related. Try LinkedIn or glassdoor or try various websites online. Try making a post in Indians in Portugal group and ask if there is a teacher. I met a teacher once in supermarket from Bangalore who is working in school and she was from Bangalore but speaks Tamil. So if they can do, you might too. All the best

Hi. I would suggest you to apply online from now on. Converting tourist visa to resident permit will take time (1.5year and some employers might hesitate bcz of this timeline) although you have a work contract. So maybe better route is to come via Job search visa or apply from India
About the web developer job opportunities, I know lot of my friends who work as software developers not sure about stack. I am not into that area. But I have seen quite few jobs about web development and even I have a colleague who have done a web development boot camp and got a job in my company
