First: He is completely nailing the American accent. Second: He isn't whispering and mumbling his lines like he did near the end of Potter. Plus, he's showing that he's capable of acting at a level that I never expected. He's really really good.
When I first watched the episode, I literally shrieked and covered my mouth with both hands when he let go of the doll just as the baby cried. I have never in my life reacted to a scene that way before. The show is so good at building tension.
Well I would say, M Night Shyamalan and Tony Basgallop did justice in writing Rupert's character, which was destroyed by Steve Kloves and David Yates..... PERIOD.

A lot of the rhythm of it (like how the syllables are spaced) feels a little British. You can also hear a few spots like when he says "reduced", the "d" sounds closer to the "j" in "juice", which is how the consonant would sound in British English. But overall, it's good.
