Africa Unite! I might be considered American but I never denied the fact that we all came from Africa and hearing this music just makes it so real and shows that our amazing abilities are resurfacing more than ever something that may have been conflicted and restricted for hundreds of years. It makes me desire the connection even more. It makes me want to submerge myself in the culture and the people and the languages.

That YBNL run from 2014 to 2015 will forever be etched in Nigerian music history and I'm glad to have lived through those years after a friend of mine introduced Olamide and his then YBNL crew to me. From hits like shoki, bobo, efejoku, gbese, lagos boys, awon goons mi, local rapper etc, YBNL, Young John and Olamide really had Nigerian music on lock. Much love from Ghana 🇬🇭.

This is just a summary, not Line by Line:
He is essentially telling haters to stop wondering about how he made it and that if they want to get on his level, they better toughen and work hard. He also emphasizes that it is not to ok to be flashy while your mom lives like a pauper in the second verse. Great message as usual with Olamide

YOU ALL NEED TO STOP DIVIDING YOURSELVES AND APPRECIATE ALL THAT OUR RACE AND CONTINENT HAS TO OFFER US. ALL OF AFRICA IS THE BEST! NO ONE TRIBE OR REGION IS BETTER: WE ARE A FAMILY!GOOD MUSIC!

I really rate Nigerian and Ghanians (and many other african countries) for coming hard in the music industry. Show the world that African's have had musical capabilities from day 1
