Was this salmon frozen to kill any living parasites, or do you not use fish if you see parasites in it ? Wonderful job of cutting this salmon, I’m wondering why are you salting the fish and adding flavoring to it then serving it raw with the rice? Is it not sushi quality ? My favorite is to eat salmon completely raw with nothing added.😋😋 I prefer sushi rolls made with just a few fillings, salmon,, avocado , green onion,rice 👍🏻👍🏻😋 The final presentation is very beautiful ,I wish I could taste some with a lit soy sauce 👍🏻👏🏼❤️😍😋😋😋
