    In the video you give credit to Robert Trent Jones credit for introducing the penal design. Robert Hunter references penal design in his book with C.B. Macdonald and George C. Thomas. Is this where the idea originated? Circa 20’s-30’s?

      They give credit to R.T.J. for the invention of the "Heroic" school of course design philosophy.
