Such amazing tips! I almost always size up my workout clothes, and I’m not practicing modesty lol. But great hack if you really like one of your tops, it’s usually only $10 to have a tailor shorten your sleeves. Makes the top waaaay more comfortable 😚

The necklace and arm sleeves 🤩 totally trying! I’ve tried the turtleneck cover but they bunch up under your clothes and don’t stay in place ☹️
Some people use a kind of double sided tape to keep things in place.
Where is your top from with the cuff sleeves please?

another hack: if you really like a shirt thats seems between length buy the tall size and shirt will be a little longer. I tried that recently on an oversize sweater and got the tall size & the length was perfect.

Advice for loose pants? I don't usually like to wear pants but when I do look for them the fit to me is never very modest always cut to show curves and I don't like that.
