1.- Let me start saying a professional bartender chills the glass first or gets one right from the freezer. 2.- Brandy Alexander is not a "girly" drink, as Dry Martini and Negroni are not "manly" drinks. It´s stupid to categorize cocktails by gender. 3.- Classic recipe calls for equal parts of the ingredients and nutmeg on top. Original recipe uses Gin instead of Brandy .
