This man is my favorite leisure time spectacle, especially after I get home from my bartending gig. His elegance spices up my night just enough to fall asleep feeling accomplished ! You better be alive !!!!!!!!!!
Another alteration to this recipy is to reduce the amounts of alcohol and substitute ice cream for the cream.. Put this all in a kitchen aid mixer with a the bread hook attachment and then mix.. What you get is a flavored ice cream that you can stack up in and well over the top of the glass. its a beatiful drink.
Gonna try the Grasshopper and of course what led me here the Alexander. Not sure about the squirrel one though 😜.. GREAT VIDEO I hope you still enjoy doing this...
I drink Grasshoppers and Brandy Alexanders at home all the time, I have to add a shot more cream because they can come off quite strong otherwise. I also cant drink without 2-3 dashes of cocoa bitters. MMMmmmmmm....
You didn't rinse the measure cup in between pouring brandy, the noisette liquor and creme de menthe...? Don't the flavors from the previous alcohols mix even a little bit, since a tiny amount might stay in the cup? You should've used three separate measure cups...
Wow, brings me back to being a kid and my mom ordering a Brandy Alexander when we would go out for a really nice dinner every 6 months.
Imagine a 4K reboot of all these wonderful videos.

Undoubtedly the best cocktail videos on RUclips. Chris McMillan's dignity, knowledge, and systematic approach make these excellent primers.
wow- Chris is awesome. Quick so I don't get bored but slow enough to hear what he's saying!
Always on point. One of the greats, Mr McMillian.
If ever i find myself in New Orleans his is my first stop....
Very interesting, man. I've enjoyed the way you showed us three similar cocktails.

Excellent job as always. I would love it, if this guy were my bartender! :)
AGREED. He's SO COOL & knows his stuff.
Thanks, this is just what I was looking for. I will make your Brandy Alexander recipe tonight!
I would agree this man is a genius.

It has been a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. My mom says some days are like that. Even in New Orleans.
I'm pretty sure he's retired, or at least doesn't work at the Library Lounge anymore.
Great cocktail. This was one of John Lennon's favorites.
It's fun to slur... try it- "Barndeyyyyyy Alzandurrrrrrrrrr!"
