My older brother's best bud (back in the early '70s) did this same sort of speaker cone repair; he'd snip bits of toilet tissue into the shapes he needed, then meticulously affix them to the areas of the cone which needed them with super glue (a new product at that time); he had great success with that approach...
Not sure exactly. I didn’t buy it and I don’t think the owner is selling it. I’d bet if you calculate the original sticker price in 1964 and adjusted it for inflation to today’s dollars it would probably be about equal.
