It's possible to get sub 11:20 if you don't use setups for certain slime glitches / hard jumps.
If you're wondering why I am comparing against a better time, it's because I actually got a 11:35 IGT around 30min before this run, but sadly I didn't record it...
This run is still pretty good, except the nether.
Also you probably noticed that there are quite a lot of freezes in the video. It's not an encoding problem. The freezes actually happened in game, and to say the least were really annoying. At 10:51, a freeze ate my jump input. And at 10:40, this one almost made me fail the jump, which would have resulted in an instant reset. I have no idea why these freezes happen, and I probably won't go for a better time because of that.

It looks very impossible
For the slime glitches, you have to position yourself to land on a very specific part of the block, so he sets himself up to do that so that all he has to do is press forward and jump and the slime will do the work for him

I figured out a way to reset your time in the first dimension, and you completely get rid of the overworld time. When you reach the top there’s a way to jump and hit the very first pressure plate, it doesn’t set your spawn but it resets your time, so you only have to use the time of two dimensions instead of three
How do you use those slime blocks to bounce you so high?
I bet each time he gets a checkpoint this is by mistake

Fun fact : he only Parkour in 1 dimension only, which is overworld ( all the worlds were In overworld)

jump at the very edge of the block, and land on the boundary of the slime block OR (new strat) press sneak key as soon as you hit the slime block

Good speedrun dude i wondered how long will i take to finish that map, i like parkour mini game but im not too good at parkour
If only you didn't make these mistakes in the nether part, you could get a new PB... Oh well, good run anyways. All these "non-intended" jumps must be really hard, how many times did you practice this run before you do this video?
The map looks interesting as well. Maybe the V2, if there's one coming soon, could use the real dimensions instead of only the overworld... Anyway, I don't know how the creator makes these custom portals, but it's really good.
