A 9,700 seems low for this vault. I think I remember reading that the judges reserved higher scores for Yurchenko-style vaults during that time period.
@@GymnasticsSavesLives If you look in the background at the 15-second mark, the display panel shows the vault number (3.64) and the start value (10). I looked at the Code of Points to make sure. Interestingly, a tuck front with a half twist (2.42) had a start value of 9.9.
