      @@danielawerbuch8846 Oh snap, I thought you had commented on my most recent video "5 minute fast footwork session". Yeah definitely add some body feints in their brother. You can "sell" the moves however you see fit to your game so that it feels comfortable come game time. Hope this helps, sorry for the confusion!

    How long does it take to become comfortable/confident on the ball doing these drills?

    • @powertale7164
      @powertale7164 3 года назад +2

      Keep doing ball mastery videos like this more than once a day while playing normally and you’ll get it pretty quick. It could take a couple months, weeks just depends on the player

    • @NonstopProgress
      @NonstopProgress  3 года назад

      @@powertale7164 Yeah I agree, depends on the player and I like that timeline of a couple months to be safe, some get it quicker if you really focus and do it consistently.

    • @NonstopProgress
      @NonstopProgress  3 года назад +1

      I would say try doin this session 2x per week while training / play as you normally would and you should feel dramatic improvements in your technical abilities and sharpness on the ball.

    • @powertale7164
      @powertale7164 3 года назад +1

      @@NonstopProgress the important part is to not prioritize speed

    • @NonstopProgress
      @NonstopProgress  3 года назад

      @@powertale7164 Yeah I agree again, I think speed can be added and subtracted based on the players adaptation to the specific drill!
