I love that this highlights that makeup is really just liquid, creams and powders that you can literally use for anything to paint your face. Its all preference, it saves so much money and it so creative

I've been doing most of them for years... I also use eyeliner or brow liner to fill in my hairline to make it look fuller, and brown eyeshadows usually if I'm not wearing a wig. I use eyeshadow as lipstick all the time and usually I don't mix it with anything else!

Eyeshadow over your lipstick is great for getting that matte effect. Also, I use them not only for my hairline but also for coloring my gray hair until I get to the salon.
I have used them for colouring ceramic, clays and for colouring fondant flowers as petal powder. ( Don't eat and just cover up the bit you're sticking into the cake.) If you have brown/ pink/gold shimmery eyeshadow, you can mix with Vaseline and moisturizer and use as a body bronzer. I use them for up for dance/ stage performances.
I make metallic lipgloss by putting a clear gloss on my lips and patting the crushed eyeshadow on top, I experimented with the Vaseline and found that it can be a bit streaky so I recommend using my method as it gives a much better result
I did see one recently using a blush but it would also work with highly pigmented eyeshadows is to just rub the pan against a strip of your hair period to add some colored stripes it looked really cool and works really well.

the lip & eye methods are pretty common in drag makeup, usually putting eyeshadow on brows/lips helps set the product so it doesnt slip off their faces mid performance

I've spent hours scrawling through blogs but they all seem either sponsored or none of them show such good 'before' and 'afters' of the product use that you do in your videos!
I always use eyeshadow for eyebrows. I love it more than eyebrow gel. I had a beautiful eyeshadow palette.. but shimmery shades has no pigmentation when i applied them on eyelids... so i used them as a highlighter. :D I got an incredibly strange blusher in magenta color. I looked like someone slapped my face when i applied it, so im using it as an eyeshadow and pink eyeshadows like powder blush :D and yeah i apply it on my lipstick too. Eyeshadows are just amazing 😂😂

One of my favorite blushes is one I mixed together with eyeshadows that broke in the pan. I added a few drops of moisturizer, and mixed them together.
