its still £24.93 after its applied, though it says you saved -£10.06. not gonna say its a scam because i didn't create an account and finished the buy, but doesn't look very serious.
@@Vurt72 Devs still get a higher percentage if you buy the Steam keys though
Why are people crying about the price? €30 is not that much, and you will own the game forever, you don't need to buy it again when it launches. So if you buy it now, or in a year when it releases, it will both times be the same price. So why wait?
Not all early access games get finished well.
its $13 in my country lol
@@jepulis6674I would say that is game is a pretty safe gamble. It’s already good and worth money as is.
@@jepulis6674 But everyone knows this one will.
The only time i got what i paid for on a released title this year, i am 4 hrs in and had nothing but fun, and i still got enough money left to buy half a horse in diablo 4. Talk about a deal.
Now we are looking forward to KCD2
Kcd 2??
@@dopestatus6216 ? What are you asking? You just said what he said as a Question 💀
@@peterlemcwilli9203 Isn't that obvious? He wonders what Kcd 2 means...

€40 seems more than reasonable to me. I paid far more for far less these past few years, at least here i know i'm not paying for some CEOs yacht vacation to Fiji
Really. The CEO of the publishers probably is planning a yacht purchase.
@@Jules_Diplopia I don't blame him if he did
@@speedbrake22 Except that the publisher is not the Dev, who has worked for 7 years on this project.
@@Jules_Diplopia doesn't mean they can't get what they deserve for what they did.
I made a village decided to start on hardest difficulty got no resources for weapons raiders came killed everyone started over again on hardest difficulty first 15 minutes all my families left me lost again 10/10 would lose again
Played an hour or so and it's pretty great so far. The way the roads and everything snap to position and actually seem to go where you want is nice. I don't ever seem to be fumbling to make things where I want to.
We should just do a spontaneous go fund me for the developper! 7 years and a little bit of magic, that guy deserves a medal.
It's called go buy the game lmao
A medal for making a decent product? I get the game is good and the dev worked hard. But people shouldn't get medals for doing what the standard should be. EA, Bethesda, and Ubisoft should just get reprimanded.
The guys already made millions today. I don’t think we need to give millionaires free money. How about buying the game. That all the support that needs to be provided
It's $13 in my country, i guess I'm buying it.
Hype!
YES.
In my opinion i'd say the biggest has to be KCD2 but for sure a contender!
30€ is a fair Price. I would also have paid 35€ but you also have to bear in mind that the game is still just early access and a 60€ full Price would just have been unreasonable.
I was surprised it released on sale lmao
This game is good enough to pay the full price for. Hope the developer enjoys the success and can use the money to keep building
I tried buying it as soon as it released however steam bugged out and now I have to wait another 3 days before I can get it :(
I had the same issue, and waited only an hour, try again after some time.
There's no difference between this open access game and any AAA game as they never release finished anyway. At least this is already better than AAA's and is being improved.
in my country the game is really expensive for an EA, they did a bad job in regional prices at least here
The publishers have IMHO done a bad job of pricing. Other games have done a far far better job. 40 €, 30 € with the discount, is TOO much for an EA game.
Mind blowing...dude works for 7 years on something you're going to play for hours and you don't think the market value is a 2-3 hours of your labor?
You get the full game though... EA isnt a demo, you're just buying the full game before all the content is created. Early..... access....
@@jaysonp9426bro in many countries that are a part of the European union this is a days wage if not more for a vast group of people. If you live in countries that had the privelage of not being controlled by the Soviet union after the war maybe this is 2-3 hours of your work, but for us post communist countries 40 euro may range anywhere from 6 hours to even 2 shifts of work for 90% of people.
@@jaysonp9426 If it were a finished product, sure. If it were a decent EA with proper access to the developers to hopefully convince them to go in a particular direction, then € 30 would be fine. But it feels like the publishers are locking out discussion.
The guy has worked for 7 years yep, and that deserves reward, but I were to work on a crap game for 7 years would you just give me money 'for the effort'? Of course not.
biggest strategy* and/or city builder release this year. biggest release this year definitely goes to helldivers 2.
Nah the biggest release this year will be KCD2 you heard it here first
Helldivers only had a peak of 450k, Palworld had over 2 million
@@WhiteW0lf20 that shows that our "biggest release" definitions are different, which is fine. by the meaning of the word "big" you're right. but i'd like to think that hd2 will (hopefully) have a "bigger" impact on gaming.
also hd2 had 458k peak players. that's steam only, not counting playstation numbers. still less than palworld, sure. just wanted to correct that.
Imagine mods for this game just imagine.
I just installed it. Around 15 bucks in my country.
£26 Price tag aint that bad
Its crazy to me anyone would complain about the price...
let's go
Resonant milking this game like CRAZY
should have been here when all bannerlord had was newsletters and a announcement man was on it lol
@alphabryan4703 Yeah I remember when it was close to releasing, daily uploads of 20min of the same thing he said before.
@@grahamhill676 ya right, tbf if people are subscribing for it....
@@alphabryan4703 I definitely remember seeing a ton of videos about the della arta farta mod, and that piece of shit still isn't out!
Do you understand how gaming content creation works?
Finally this game can go to rest
I am glad that you would pay more than they are asking. For an EA game that still has so many broken things I will not. For the complete game I would yes. But this game may never be complete.
????? kcd is still coming
Shieght 3M whishlists at 30$ is 90,000,000 before taxes
Game pass day one so many lost sales there, however probably a nice contract with Xbox so likely a big payday either way
Price is a joke for early access. Dont come at me with 'but its going to be SoOoOo amazong blah blah, when it is amazing charge the price. Game is currently bare bones and the price should reflect that
2nd biggest but still
nah man its gonna be the biggest release is kcd2
In France, the price is 40 €, 30 € with the discount. I'm a bit upset to be fair, a lot of people said that it will be an EA with 20 hours worth of content, look a bit overpriced to me right now. I'm gonna wait and see.
Here in Bahrain its 20 dollars and 15 with discount
@@MazinTaha-cs6qm 20 € would be an instant buy for me.
@@MazinTaha-cs6qm 25 euro in Poland (the single man who made thsi game is Polish)
Its early access... you know you get the full game when its done right? Content gets added to the game.... the hint is in the "early access" part. Of course it doesnt have much content yet, what are you expecting?
@@Festivejelly jesus... he is saying that the early access is overpriced... in other words, 20h of content for 40€ is expensive and he will wait to pay this when more content is released. Just do some interpretation before go all ironical.
Nah, ima get in on game pass :)
And it’s not to exspensive 😮
Game is too expensive for what it is 40$ for this lol. I got it over resellers for 20$ Such high price is a joke I was hyped but that greed soured my mood.
It’s on sale it’s suppose to be like 30$
Given all the hype, it's pretty poor early access release and it needs a lot of work to be playable. There is a lot more content to previous demo but regarding gameplay it's very rough. Yes it looks good but the gameplay is currently very lacking since you have very little "management" options. Logistics non-existent. It somehow works but everything is very inefficient especially if you start growing big. Glaring example is sawmill with input storage of just 1 log. Nobody works there if it has no input resources and ox stops hauling if intup storage is full. This makes sawmill operate very infrequnetly and adding more workes won't help and it's a trap. When you hit tier 2 and with artesants starting using planks then you quickly run out of it and you cannot limit or prioritize building becuase you need all materials in sotrage before you can assign construction. It looks good but the actual gameplay is way too rough even for early access with so many oversights or unfinished things so it's better to wait.
Manor Lords is certainly not the biggest release this year XD
Got mine for £18
I'm suprised it's already discounted so much in cdkeys
@@MCcraft02 that's where I get all my games lol also get discount with them points u get
LOVED IT then hated it. refunded after 6 hours.
one of the worst releases of the year so far. Highly disappointing and overhyped title. Barely anything to do in the game.
Get a job brokies
I saw the price and I'm nah, not enough of the game is complete.
That isn't bad at all for this type of game!
No game is fully "complete" at the release date, all games needs updates and new content. No need to be scared off by the term "Early access". :)
Early access dumb dumb
That’s fair. For sure wait until there is more content.
@@Gtapolice123 don't get me wrong I'm still on the fence about getting it. I just don't want to get 10 or 15 hours in and be wanting for me. It does look great though.
Its only £26 on steam. You'll probably moan at the price at full release its only going to go up...
trash game, not worth the price, broken to fuck sod dont buy guys
3rd
Bro $30 for an EA is normal...screaming make the price higher shows your disconnect from the horrible inflation and economic strife of much of the world currently...$30 for an EA is normal.
Its a joke.... an actual joke
Im sorry but 40 bucks for this game is wild, hell even paying 30 is tuff
brokie
Get a job
games cost money and even more on release, just wait 5 years or for a sale
@@devioustea it's on sale right now
Man I used to pay 34.99 for games when I was 13 and now im 39....its £30 here. If you're that much in poverty you should be prioritising other things over video games tbh.
First
Ehh, I took it off my wishlist. The whole influncer push turned me off of the game.
Lol you’re joking right
Why are you letting other people affect your opinion of a game?
Pretty sure no one was paid to say anything. Just given free copies to share their honest opinion about the game which no developer would do if they weren't confident they made a quality game so far
Frankly, I totally get you cobra. I feel the same burnt out from them but now I gotta try it. Haha.
If you cant buy this game you are poor 😂😂😂
i love the way people moan about 40 bucks as though its like taking out a mortgage. no one forces anyone to buy anything.
Same people will spend 70 for AAA plus 30 for dlc.
