Excellent presentation! Dr. Thorat, Why do you use the words "black or a white"? They sound inappropriate in Indian situation. Light-skinned or dark-skinned are the right words!
Gross thing is nowadays govt are not giving cast certificate to Dalit and obc's they are asking for 50 yrs ago's proofs which some of people don't have. They are not giving because they scares this ppl will get reservation and another thing may be he's Dalit and obc that is why they are not giving.

Let me tell you, reservation is required for a minimum of 5000 years or 200 generations NOT 10 years as the escapist constitution drafters did . Then again every bloke male or female or any other species, should marry only an antyaja for at least 21 generations so caste is annihilated which is what thegreat champion of the constitution,( which has been ammended umpteen times to suits convenience and which does not mention the word nation or demand national feeling}wanted. Thirdly all the hindoo literature should be burnt and practice or shravana manana nididhyaasans be made illegal with capital punishment for violation. the the erudites will create new ambedkar sutras for living rules family rules societal rules, worship etcand this to be adopted as directive principle by tenth amendment. as the previous government person said all temples must be converted into lavatories . These firm measures will probably help create acceptance of removal of reservations or at least give a new shape to it as we the people want things to be easy and help laziness. ONLY these are really effective solutions. WQhatever these erudites talked are all worthless escapist tinsel
Do you feel that those who have utilised reservations for 4 generations are doing an injustice on them those who have even not knowing how to utilise reservation.Hence that category should be excluded from reservation for the benefit for their's other brothers who did not get reservations.
Two years back the Govt tried to introduce creamy layer for SC ST but the supreme court rejected that proposal bcz sc st people suffer untouchability, no matter poor or rich.
@@vimalshambharkar8168 It should be considered that now the status of every Indian is changed after Independence and adoption of Constitution .Now mass base is not suffeting from untouchability not even come to know .Of course it is a good sign.By such types of practices in society like reservations and others facility alive and keep alive and the casteism is alive people come to understand .Ofcourse here also some people's economical status has come up than others of his community but he goes to get more and more benefit of caste and others gets diffentiated from this upward person of his caste even .
