FAQ about the keyboard 1. How to turn it off? You can’t fully turn it off but i’ve seen other people flipping the sides of one of the batteries (so that the current won’t flow) to “turn” it off... i personally don’t do that because my keyboard will automatically switch to sleep / low power mode after 15 mins of inactivity. 2. How to type emojis / change keyboard language? Firstly u have to add the emoji / other language keyboard as one of your keyboards from the settings, then u can open the document and press F4 then there’ll be a drop-down list where u can select the keyboards you’ve added using the arrow buttons on the bottom left corner of ur keyboard. 3. Do the symbols on the keyboard work correctly when u change the keyboard language? It works correctly for english but i’ve tried with other languages and it kinda messes with the keyboard symbols when typing.. Unfortunately i don’t know how to fix that problem so i usually just try to figure out the symbol placements one by one and take notes of it 😂 4. What do i do if some of the keys are not working? Try holding the FN and E keys simultaneously. 5. Does the keyboard work as controls in games? I’ve tried opening some game apps on my ipad with this keyboard connected, and i also thought that we could use the usual W, A or D keys to move just like with PCs, but it didn’t work for me. I think mobile games are just wired differently as it’s made to be controlled by touchscreen instead of keyboard, but i guess it really depends on the game itself. 6. Can i use this keyboard for other devices, not just for ipad? I think it works with any device as long as your device has the bluetooth feature bcs i tried connecting the keyboard on my iphone and it does its job. 7. Do your fingers get tired after using the keyboard for long hours as the keyboard is pretty thick? I would say that the keyboard is pretty thick and it would take some time to adjust to it (especially when you’re already used to typing on thin chiclet keyboards). Hi. Hope you'll see this. Mine disconnects from my device every now and then. I blame the batteries which may not be enough. I'm still observing it but it's very hassle to connect it again. It says that it takes at least 15 mins before it rests but mine disconnects even shorter than a minute. Is it with the batteries I use (I use 2 triple A Eveready btw) or is it with the keyboard itself?
Hii! I’ve never had that issue before, but have you tried changing the batteries? (maybe to another brand, i’m not sure either) If you did and it’s still not working, you can try to fully disconnect the keyboard by letting your device “forget” the keyboard (it’s usually in the settings) and the make a new connection with the keyboard! Hope it’s going to work 🍀

Yess, you don’t have to charge it since it uses battery and it will switch to power-saving mode by itself after 15 minutes of inactivity so you don’t have to worry about the battery running out quickly

I think mobile games are just wired differently as it’s made to be controlled by touchscreen instead of keyboard 😅

Hi, just a question. Do the symbols on the key board work correctly? As in, if you put - in the keyboard, does that appear on screen, or does another symbol replace it? asking because in my laptop my language is different and that sometimes messes with the keyboard symbols.

okay,i figured it out myself. am writing this here in case y’all have the same prob as me. so i’m using my ipad, and ur gonna go 2 settings. search keyboard under settings. then click keyboard. then click hardware keyboard. there is an on n off button to allow ur caps lock to be able to change languages or just be caps button.
have u tried holding the FN and E keys simultaneously for a few secs? that usually fixes the problems for most ppl. or maybe if it still doesn’t work, the keyboard u received might just be defected from the seller, u can try refunding / request for product exchange if so!! good luck 🤞

I couldn’t find the batteries too at first bcs, if i remember correctly, they tucked the batteries between one of the foldings of the carton and you really have to search for it 😭

yeaa it’s still working fine for mee, but i found that a lot of people have some kind of problems with some of the keys and i haven’t rlly found the solution for it.. btw a good alternative would be Logitech K380, i’ve seen a lot of good reviews about it although haven’t tried it myself, maybe u can go check it out too ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ♡︎

yess!! but you have to set it from the settings of your device and you can then switch between languages using F4 (btw the alphabet positions might change for some language unfortunately)

love the keyboard except from the spacebar :( the sound of it makes it sound like it's loose and i hate how much louder it is than the other caps. the rest sound soft but the spacebar sounds clunky
I’ve seen a lot of peole using the Logitech K380 keyboard for their ipads and it looks less clicky -> if you prefer a keyboard that makes less noise (haven’t tried it myself but a lot of people on youtube seem to use it)

you don't need to remove the batteries every night, I have used my keyboard for some months and the batteries still work by now.

it's kinda clicky but not as loud as a mechanical keyboard. one that is a really quiet alternative is the Logitech k380

You can’t fully turn it off but i’ve seen other people flipping the sides of one of the batteries (so that the current won’t flow) to “turn” it off... i personally don’t do that because my keyboard will automatically switch to sleep / low power mode after 15 mins of inactivity.

Yes. You can take out the key, and add a other one if you want!

How do you start using it again after it goes to sleep?
i usually just press any button on the keyboard and it would automatically connect to my ipad
Does it only work with ipad pro?
i think it works with any device as long as it has the bluetooth feature bcs i tried connecting the keyboard on my iphone and it does its job >

firstly u have to add the emoji keyboard as one of your keyboards from the settings, then u can open the document and press F4 then there’ll be a drop-down list where u can select the keyboards you’ve added using the arrow buttons on the bottom left corner of ur keyboard, hope this helpss!!

love the keyboard except from the spacebar :( the sound of it makes it sound like it's loose and i hate how much louder it is than the other caps. the rest sound soft but the spacebar sounds clunky

it's not as loud as a mechanical keyboard but it's definitely clicky :)
I’ve seen a lot of peole using the Logitech K380 keyboard for their ipads and it looks less clicky -> if you prefer a keyboard that makes less noise (haven’t tried it myself but a lot of people on youtube seem to use it)

Mine doesn’t turn on
try holding the FN and E keys simultaneously for a few secs! that usually fixes the problem

I don’t think lithium batteries work for this keyboard. I bought those for it not realizing it mattered. 😥
