They freaking killed this live. Floor is just amazing. Most the videos people react to for her in Nightwish are generally around 2013ish, but then you see her here live almost 10 years later and she is still so good.
This performance really shows how Floor has grown as a front woman since the pandemic. Most people struggle to get back into form, not Floor. Btw, there is a really good drum cam video for Tribal.

Oh, those notes are nothing. If you watch the end of this show, the outro, it ends with a note held for 17 seconds. Don't mind the 1 min blackout on video - it's only while they are taking the bows. It comes back for the crucial part which is vocally the version that gives me the most impact (I have to hang on to my chair, literally).
Floor has said when asked how she holds her notes so long and clean, “I was blessed with the lungs of a deep sea diver!” Great Job could you check out, Noise official video and then live at think it was at same concert in France. Hi JyngerSlapz. For me, the live versions are always better. Floor and the band just feed off the crowds... and it almost makes you feel like you were there. My wife, Carol, and I were there at their live concert in San Francisco on May 18th, 2022 and loved every second of it, from the standing in line, to the Beast in Black warmup band, and, of course, to Nightwish live and on stage. Fantastic.

Tuomas and Jeff Lynne of the Electric Light Orchestra (my lifelong favs) are in my humble opinion up there with the best songwriting composers ever. Thank you Jynger for a wonderful double reaction. In an interview I saw, Tuomas singled out this song as a highlight of the tour. So obviously they enjoy performing it as much as we enjoy watching it. I find it almost impossible to not headbang when they're performing Tribal! The dancing skeletons remind me of one of my favorite movies, Army of Darkness!

Glad you liked this one. I knew you’d like the skeletons, so the lyric video was a must, but watching them play live is a whole other experience. Kai had to expand his drum kit just to play this song. He says it’s his favorite in the album. Dual reactions are fantastic, especially with this album. All we had for 2 years were the lyric videos, until the virtual concert and then finally the live shows.
The lyric videos of this album are so beautifully made, they are indeed a must. And the combination with a live video, if available, is fantastic indeed.
I was watching these live performances as they were being shared, and I can't help but remember that a lot of Europe and the UK were in a killer heatwave at the time. Just thinking about how hot it must be up on that stage, on top of everything else, just bumps the respect level into the stratosphere. To not sound like proverbial hot garbage and put on an active show under those conditions is nothing short of amazing.
If you look closely you can see that Empuu has a vicious sunburn. I feel for him, that must hurt like hell! And you have to give the guy cred for rocking his trademark jacket even though it’s blazing hot. Thats commitment!

One of my favourites from H2N, and it's awesome live (the fireballs are really hot if you're near the front). It's particularly the drumming that makes it for me (maybe lyrics too), but the skeleton dance is what first made me show it to my family - takes me back to watching Harryhausen in the 1960s and 70s. P.S. If you're going to windmill, you'll need in-ears...
Probably one of their most metal songs for a long time - as I've said to you many times before how lucky I am living in London as all the bands come here - I was at a gig just last night ' Beast in Black' who supported Nightwish on their tour. Not sure if you've covered them! I've also got tickets for Sabaton supported by one of my favourite bands (apart from Nightwish) 'Babymetal' - highly misunderstood in the world of metal. Sorry, I go off on tangents 😆 🤣. I just wanted to point you in the direction of the 'Deichbrand Festival' last year - a) it was at night and b) it wasn't a metal Festival unlike Hellfest so people were introduced to Nightwish young and old and many had no idea who they were! Plus the fact that the picture and audio are superior to Hellfest! As always, take good care of yourself my friend! 😃

God I love this video! This is one of their first festival gigs after the pandemic and you can tell. They are so pumped and energetic on stage, more so than I’ve ever seem them I think. And Floor is just insane! You can really tell that she has missed this so much and now she’s let loose on a big stage in front of a bog crowd for the first time in teo years. The reaction ia explosive! And if you look closely you can also spot her husband on stage right. You can see him at 1:30 in the original video.

When I saw them in Maryland last year I was surprised they did this one live. I did notice that Kai's drum kit looked like it had some added pieces to it and you could feel every hit. I think I was the only one who wanted to do the skeleton dance. Thanks for the reaction.
