I agree with your thoughts regarding dependability and performance. I'm guessing you will probably re-attach the wheels and keep cutting when they do fall off... I have 3 of them.
Your Antifreeze is low, it should be between the hi & low. I have the 2011 61" Kawasaki 29 hp . I see many changes ... The roll over on mine can be split, front tires don't get flats, arm rest are different, spindle covers only have two spinners to remove, different gas cap that doesn't have gage in it , gage is separate , I run the mulching system with eliminator blades to feed the grass, no grass shoots out the side.. I have 300 hr never changed a spindle yet but different deck( velocity) I bend a rear bumper the same as stock Scag and made a tow hitch same as stock Scag. I have only had a PTO switch , relay, front spindle oil seal and fuel filter go bad.
I'm sure they do at some point but my scag has been horribly maintained through the years and has zero mechanical issues. Just make sure it's got oil in it.
I have the same mower and it has been the best mower I've ever had and it's still going strong.
Simply the Best! Just getting her broken in!

It definitely gives off some Energizer 🐇 vibes.

Great looking zero turn mower
Be careful filling the rear tires. That’s a lot of extra work on your hydro pumps.
Do the piston rods go bad on a Scagg 48 inch

HOW MANY HOURS ON THAT MOWER?
💩 Load.. Hour meter quit working years ago
Great condition for 11 years old
I love the Kawasaki in my Tiger Cat II. Smooth!
Splurge and buy yourself a new cushy seat!
Mowing 10-12 acres you need a larger mower!
The biggest deck and pull some gang mowers!
I have a Kubota zd1211 with a 72" deck. Already ahead of ya
