Thanks for watching! And I auto focus issue is really weird I'm not sure about that either but the image quality that came off of that lens was really nice especially when it nailed focus I just wasn't confident about using it with video because it just didn't seem to work well.
I wonder if it's our copy of the lens that is causing the focusing issues. When I considered getting this lens last year I didn't see any reviews that had those issues. Christopher Frost did his review with a7Riii also. I did pass on this lens and got the Sony GM ii
Yeah it might have just been my copy of the lens however because that's the only copy that I had I had to review what I had and that was the issue that I had but the lens that I had Hahaha 😂
I would rather have the Tamron 28-75 G2 for about the same price. Its not as wide, but just SOLID.
