That is an amazing and refreshing experience thanks for playing it for us ;) Did you know you can play Fallout4/Skyrim/Portal and many more styles of tables in Pinball FX 2 . IN VR as well in Pinball FX 2 VR just a heads up in case that game missed your radar ;)
Jon pal... I never watch game videos or streams but recently came across some of your fallout vids and i'm hooked on your channel now. I have to say you my friend, are an asolute legend. Thanks for the laughs mate and keep up the great work.
I so hope this is coming to GOG.. I need this in my life. Sonic Spinball on the Sega Genesis has been one of my guilty pleasures for YEARS. This feels like just that game, but with the cute-factor cranked up to 11! I love it!
Thank you for nice commented gameplay! I would not believe that such combination of puzzle platformer and pinball can work. But this games proves that it is real! I like the positive relaxed atmosphere of the game, many refreshing ideas, variability of the environment, user friendly controls, beautiful graphics and relaxing music and sounds. Yoku's Island Express also has its flaws - quite confusing game map which causes tiresome wandering sometimes and creeping stereotype that come sooner or later due to the simple game mechanics. Maybe some RPG elements would make it more motivating yet. Enjoyable game though.
It's sometimes a little disorienting when you go zipping across the screen, but it's an interesting genre combination. I can see the appeal, even if I can't see myself playing it. Thanks for the video!
This looks like a fun one. Oh, and I know you messed about with Surviving Mars a bit. but it has had one major update, and is getting another one tomorrow. New domes that look interesting in this next one, and the last one let you connect domes via passages.
Cool! I will totally get this. I think I'd pass on a stream or series though, I'm not sure commentating really adds much to this one - you either hit the flipper at the right time or you don't.
Jon will you be dabbling your hand in Detroit: Become Human? I’ve been refraining from watching it from other RUclipsrs in hopes you could pick it up as well
killer115ish Let's be honest. Once he starts playing it he will inevitably screw things horribly up. >:P With his low perception score and being bad at decision making when under pressure he is bound to make spectacular mistakes.
Jon, were you not paying attention? Why do I even bother asking. There was another rock that was blocking the boiling underbelly, it was on the right. You were raising the pressure to get that rock out so that the water would flow out that hole and keep the pressure down. The camera went over to it every time you got the pressure up.
At about 34 minutes. The very end, where he was dealing with the boiling underbelly. I figured it would have been obvious by the description to anyone that actually watched.
Jack At about the second stage I realized that he was doing that to relieve the pressure but some might mistake it as damage being dealt to the structure because of the rising pressure.
JON, why don't you use your URL to host a permanent poll with names of the games you've never played so we can vote 'em for you?! (like this comment if you would like that too)
Posterodactyl. Because post also means past and he's the person you're replacing. I love triple word play.
"It's a flipping pinball game!"
I didn't know I needed this game until like, half an hour ago.
I read this as “Yonku” then I thought of Bonku and I’m still affected by Forgetting Anne
Sarah Maloney Forgotten Anne was truly something
"So it's all a little bit God of War-y" I understand the comparison, but wow I would not have thought there'd be any way to compare the two.
i had do a double take when he said that

your main ability is a noisemaker! Jon! just like in real life!!!!
Town called Makumana, Jon: "Ah! Makumeena!"
You had me at "Posterodactyl"...

Every evening I look forward to see what new thing Jon is posting, and I'm never disappointed.

I can watch a 10 part series on this
Why yes, Jon, there's a lot of bones and skulls and such on MARROW. HILL. Who'd have imagined that.
It's sometimes a little disorienting when you go zipping across the screen, but it's an interesting genre combination. I can see the appeal, even if I can't see myself playing it.

this reminds me of rayman legends and origins. like, game mechanics, tone, and style-wise. neat stuff!
"Yoku's the cutest character ever."
Jon how could say that when you've played Rumu.
Cool! I will totally get this. I think I'd pass on a stream or series though, I'm not sure commentating really adds much to this one - you either hit the flipper at the right time or you don't.
Rumu loves Yoku too Jon.
At last Jon's usse of 'flipping'' really makes sense
Pinball platformer is a brilliant idea.
Waiting for this to release on the switch. Played it at EGX and it was amazing.
This was an enjoyable advertisement
Lovely concept, would love to see more!!
Pinball with a fresh twist. Neat!
More of this would be fun :-)
Rollers of the Realm is another pinball-em-up you should check out.
It is like a cheery pinball Ori and the Blind Forest.
The last time they tried to make a pinball platformer, we got sonic spinball
There's one glaring problem, the hero is not wearing his postman's hat during the game play.
STREAM STREAM STREAM STREAM
Jon, did you ever try Rollers of the Realm? It's a pinball/rpg. ;) good video, got a new wishlist game
Anyone remember Loco Roco for the PSP?
I remember Loco Roco for Java-based mobile phones
I loved this!
oh my god! you mentioning Pokemon pinball xD I remember it had the damn spot for a AAA battery :P I loved that game. but was absolutely terrible at it
More please!!
I am very disappointed that the last "pinball" game Jon played wasn't a pinball game...I understand that I'm older than Jon, but not by that much...
SO CUTE!
This is just a mix of ori and the blind forest and sonic spinball and I love it... and should pick up the sequel to ori now that I think about it
I feel like all this momentum based platforming should lead us to jon playing sonic mania at some point.
Jon will you be dabbling your hand in Detroit: Become Human? I’ve been refraining from watching it from other RUclipsrs in hopes you could pick it up as well

Does anyone remember StarQuake on the C64?
This totally reminds me of that... minus the pinball though.
this was so damn cute i loved it
First game I could actually be bothered to 100%

Jack say what time during the video this happened

Jack

I was just pointing it out to Jon as he thought the whole point of that was to hurt the guy he was delivering to. He never grasped what he was doing.
Friday series.
Sonic Spinball is another pinball platformer, it’s a really bad game but it’s still a pinball platformer.
Sonic spinball was an awesome game! I never finished it tho lol, the dark souls of pinball.
I wonder if you could use discord people as voice actors for skys of Arcadia
Do more
Sonic Spinball 2?
FORGOTTEN ANNE KILL EVERYTHING
Yoku's Island Express Kill Everything
Stop saying you're flicking yourself off Jon, it sounds very wrong.
