The ways you can improve your teammates performance is kinda confusing. When you resign your teammate you offer them the best offer and the teammate will use the contract money to upgrade their skills. Plus you have to upgrade the simulator section in R&D. It takes alot of time as those upgrades are expensive.
the upgrade paths are so outdated and tired, especially after seeing how deep and interesting F1 Manager 22 does it
@@schildhouse I agree with that entirely, I wasn't too sure what to expect of F1 Manager 22 leading up to its launch date but it's very well done. If only Nascar could incorporate ideas like that into a game instead we got Ignition and the dumpster fire it's been

Man that's one thing that bugs me about F1 and why I can't really get into it you can have a dogshit car overperform like hell and finish P11 and still get a giant goose egg for points as if you finished last. Great work though and hopefully Jack's better focus keeps him from excessive pitting. I was thinking you'd make a switch eventually Lundgard was just anemic all year even at his best.
