I get a lot of anxiety, and sadness a week before im ready to start my cycle, and it interrupts my sleep, big time. BUT, it's one of my biggest indicators that it's on the way, and im thankful that I understand my body! YOUR HAIR LOOKS AMAZING. OMG.
