@@davidgraham3681 It has always amazed me violins don't get dropped more often. In a lot of dancing your head and body don't move separately so I see your point on the simple holding. My comment was really just in regards to how small a clearance there is between the bow and the adjacent string,, plus just angling the bow a little wrong or bouncing it would ruin the sound. Dancing like that while playing a clean sound is something I doubt I could do if I practiced my whole life.
She is awesome. As a retired CPS worker i have a few problems with how the father acts around her sometimes but it may not be what it seems due to cultural differences. But she is a great spokesperson for doing what you want to do and making money from it..

Karolina, my first thought NO! Don't cut your hair, I love it long. In the end it wasn't so short, instead it turned out to be a nice style. Hairdressers haven't changed much people, talk about their private life.

So far evolved from the amazing young violinist you were a few years ago. It is amazing the way you've learned to dance with a violin. Keeping the bow on the right string and sounding so beautiful while your jumping and twerking . You make the impossible seem playfully easy.

@@davidgraham3681 It has always amazed me violins don't get dropped more often. In a lot of dancing your head and body don't move separately so I see your point on the simple holding. My comment was really just in regards to how small a clearance there is between the bow and the adjacent string,, plus just angling the bow a little wrong or bouncing it would ruin the sound. Dancing like that while playing a clean sound is something I doubt I could do if I practiced my whole life.

Yes, now your hair has more definition and shape -- looks more luxurious. You did the right thing. Long hair has to be cut often to have healthy ends.
