A Very Nice Layout, for me, I'd configure in an attached garage for us in the north colder climate and a basement, you'd have plenty of space, storage, extra living and storm cellar too.
I appreciate the work put into creating a beautiful home however, when viewing this and pretty much all the house designs, the focus seemed to be more on the furnishings. I would like it see more details of the actual homes design. For example, what’s behind the closet doors or the pantry area.
The out side is stunning. But the rest of the house...... You should show whats behind the closed doors. Too much wasted spaced. The furniture for this style of house was awful. If its the furniture you want to showcase then build a house that will do just THAT. 😢
Who designed this mess. The Fireplace in the living room looks like an after thought. You mixed very modern lighting and furnishings with a southwest country sided wood house. The arched hallway in living rm is out of place. Should be squared off not arched. The first bed rm has no closet but does have private bath and study. What's with that bathroom for the rest of the house? Is the home owner handicapped. If so the rest of the house needs to be reworked. Laundry room is non functional. Very strange flooring lines for a hall way and doors. THIS IS A FAIL.
I expected a 2nd floor with the windows up high but was surprised there. This 1600 Sq ft 3 BR 2 bath home with a relatively open floor plan gives me most of what I want in a home. I love the Master Suite, large living, dining rooms and kitchen layout out. Laundry is located where laundry is generated and provides a very good egress point in the sleeping areas that we don’t often see. My only concern here is dryer venting.I Would replace the fireplace in favor of a wood stove though. Good job with the space!
I absolutely love the outside it is gorgeous and the roof pitch with the different angles I love, but it is a miss for me with the inside, it is too partridge family looking for me! Yuck!!
