The judge asked the father why he took custody of the child, the father goes to explain and the judge interrupts saying it can not be all her and that he has his part in it but his part in it was known. The very first thing that is his child just because you carried his child for nine months doesn't mean it's your child or you own the child. Just because historically, females raised the child doesn't mean you are owed custody. Or that you did it all by yourself.
You can always tell which party the judge will side with based on 2 phrases.
The judge will ask (usually mom) "what do you want"
And will ask (dad) "what do you want the court to know"

What's crazier is she claimed abuse but no evidence. Like always. And for his parents, he was truthful but he doesn't live with them anymore. The reason the court can’t just take out his retro pay from what she is going to pay is because they want to collect their fees from him later her retro pay , then more fees when she collects the retro and then more feee when she pays him child support and even more fees when he collects those payments.
If his retro pay was cancelled out by her current pay the state would get no fees .
Child support isn’t for the child it’s for the state to take their chick of the pie and if the mother gets government assistance monthly they deduct the portion she gets for child support.
It’s a very corrupt system that generates millions of dollars yearly for the state.

It's bad enough the reporter's camera is on and her appearance is unprofessional but what makes it okay for her to do the very thing litigates aren't allowed to? She has on a white shirt, making facial expressions, and head gestures. The judge's monitor isn't big enough to have her out of sight so we know he could see her clearly every time her camera is on. Some judges require the reporter's camera to be off unless they need them to address the current or a past record and then there are those who aren't seen but heard.

What was a problem? She said abuse, nor police involved. She was arrested, it's on court documents. She has other children. She wants to leave the state. He has wife, out of the household from her claim where the parents fought. She gets in multiple altercations, plenty of witnesses. This is the problem with court it's so easy just to get child custody and child support if someone says. I was abused but I can't show proof but I stayed when I should've left with my last or next baby daddy.
