Well I can‘t recommend u any brands because I live in germany and our drugstores don‘t sell the same brands, but what works really well for me is using a menstrual cup and a pad / a tampon and a pad on my heavy flow days. If you have more questions, feel free to ask :)
I have a tip! When sleeping, you should add a pad where you generally do, after the panty line if you get it, and then one behind . This will prevent leaking. Plus heavy flows are normal so no worries! What i also reccomend is chaging you pad every 2 hours if the flow is heavy (or 3 hours.)

That's totally okay and it's normal there's nothing to be ashamed of honey it's just a period it's not gonna kill people or sum 🫶🏻🩷 u should use large sized pads and that's it and change it every 7 hours
@@jeninjeans I use L organic tampons and honey pot organic pads at the same time . I change often and if I leak it goes on the pad . Than when I get a chance just change the tampon I change the pads before I leave work.i hear when girls wear tampons say to use a panty liners for leaks I tried that they didn’t offer enough leak protection it was thanksgiving and I did change my tampons every two hours and I got a stain on my underwear . I only do tampons and pads together for like the first 3 days than I use light tampons and panty liners or just panty liners
@jane019 you might have a heavy flow you should get bigger pad with more protection and also using two pads helped me from leaking but it's not that comfortable I guess
@@cherryjisoo143 I have a heavy flow like on day 2 and 3 and I use the biggest pads but it doesnt leak from the back or the front it leaks from the sides in the middle you know
i literally ten but im to embarrassed to ask my mom if i can get those underwear for periods and istg i always leak even though i wear big pads and a tampon at the same time😭🙏🙏
Ask her I used to be afraid too but guess what ur mom is not perfect she also gets periods from time to time so just ask her don't be afraid the worst she can say is no

Honestly I'm about to just start wearing adult diapers, especially at night. 'Cause there's always somewhere that leaks.
I wear night pads even in days....I change my pads every 4-6 hours..but it still leaks😩

How to avoid leaks? Walk past the Always pads and go straight to Stayfree

I didn’t like always I used stayfree for years I had my share Of leaks not Changing more often

This is not true, I literally have the lvl 5 overnight pad and I still get leaks after only 4 hours of sleeping!!😒
