protip: aim legs. ana can't crit and the legs are the widest part on almost every hero. this is especially true when healing, since the healing hitbox is much larger and can't miss between the legs. also works with sleep dart which is part of the reason the ability is so oppressive, it's twice as wide as a hanzo arrow so it basically can't miss when you aim legs.

In the explanation of the nade, it's also important to note that on enemies it applies anti-heal. Kind of obvious, but just for any people who are completely new to Ana.
But don’t always go for those antis on enemy groups. Use them defensively when you’re getting dived and use them for your team when in serious firefights.
this is probably the safest way to play ana. if you want to take the game into your own hands and have way more impact you're going to have to look for aggressive nades, sleeps, off angles and play more proactive in general.
i was searching for some ana tips and found this.First time i see a video of yours and i have to say i 've never seen anybody being this good at breaking down his own gameplay while playing

Been playing overwatch for 4 days now, I am hooked on Ana. I like being a participating member of the team while not fully understanding the inner workings of the game just yet. With Ana its just basic FPS rules but as a healing class and its super fun.
I feel the OW2 environment made it more fun for me to play Ana because there is more freedom offered to be aggressive with not only less shields but the support passive as well.
When the team is full hp/in a safe hp range (80%+), u should most of the time try to find a position where u can put dmg out. It will help your team guaranty kills and it will put out pressure which will lead them to back up for some second so that they can't do dmg. Overall u will need to heal less with this mindset and it will create more opportunities for your team (more space). Aggressive nades will obviouly have the same value as doing dmg (they back up and they can't put out dmg = u don't need to heal as much). Just keep that in mind...

Just like it’s the little things that sam thought about that made him hard to dive, it’s also the little things that can make her easy to dive. Widow or sig would be good, he couldnt take that open of an angle if they had widow. Sig could shield his heals off forcing him to switch to more and more unfavorable positions that can get him dove or killed. You can also do things called soft dives to bait his cooldowns where you don’t invest all your and your team’s resources on the first dive, but invest it on the second. Nade is 14 second cd for example, winston jump is what? 6? 7 seconds? Your question is pretty loaded and theres so many heroes in OW that I could make up a thousand more favorable scenarios, but the gist is to deny the ana value. They’re winning because of it, so deny it. Winston bubble blocks heals, soft dive baits nades, sig blocks heals and forces ana to go to switch to a diff position, you could opt for a genji dive and take the 1v1 (this is my personal favorite since im a fucking genji one trick god 🙏🏼). DENY her value!!!!
And you don’t have to get her in one go. It’s chess you’re trying to lead him to a check mate dont thirst the kill as soon as you see it. For example when the enemy went sombra doom, he said the doom will have a hard time diving him up there and if the sombra goes on him he can always drop off. Sombra could bait ana to drop off then guess what? It’s no longer hard for the doom to dive him.
