I think this is my all time favorite piece that you guys have ever done‼️ There is something about the contrast with the Corabelle and Creamy and then the dark wax with the white wax highlights and I can't leave out the golden ticket 😜 This piece is absolutely breathtaking 😍 😍😍 and the faded transfer is like the icing on the cake 🎂 Well done guys, well done ❣️❤
This is absolutely incredible! You are amazing! I love watching how you seem to have no fear, you just go for whatever you think will work, and it does! You obviously have such a knack and talent for this. Thank you so much for all you have taught me over the years through your videos. :)
Jami I have been loving your multi layered chippy look lately. The mirrored piece you did the other day was spectacular. This dresser is just beautiful. Thank you for bringing a bit of beauty to my day. I always feel inspired to get my brushes out and try these techniques myself!
Hi Jamie and Zeb, once again u guys did a BEAUTIFUL job faking a French finish. Beautiful color choices! Luv it. U guys always amaze me with ur talents. Great job!
OMG! This is absolutely gorgeous. There were times I was wincing when you put all those layers of paint and also when you did the black wax. (Like Jeb's eye's were twitching)I had to look away for a split second. But then I took a breath and came around and saw how gorgeous it was coming to be. So stunning. I love the shape of the dresser and with your insight you made it a masterpiece. I'll be looking for pieces like that at my Goodwill/Thrift Stores in the future in hopes to have it redone. So exciting. You folks have a gift. My hat's off to you. Love your videos. Always enjoy them. Btw loved seeing Cody sitting in your laps. Such an adorable touch.
Simply stunning Jami and Zeb…. You are the King and Queen of this technique. There is absolutely NO WAY I could even begin to have a vision like this, much less conquer it !! None of this was in style when I did furniture etc… the smoother the better ! HENCE MY FEAR OF MILK PAINT 😂😂😂😂. I love it, but I can’t use it…the control factor runs deep in my soul…LOL!!! I love watching you do all this and see it come together ! Love it when Jami says “ you just wait for it…you’ll see “… You two manage to get the right amount of “chippy”… the right amount of “distress” happening…. That is why I’ll pay for YOUR WORK 😁👍 Jami how did that brush handle work with your hands ? I’m not sure I could hold it for long. Did it hurt your hands ? BUT love that size ! Love those brushes ! Phenomenal…. Phenomenal creation you 2 !!!!! 🥰🥰
That piece turned out beautful the colores you chose to use on it looks great and at the end the white really toned it down and made it look soft. I love it ❤
I just found you today…I’m so happy to try your techniques. I’d love to have a Coty, my cats are not so friendly! Lol Looking forward to viewing previous videos you have.💕🌺🌷💕
Oh wow, a friend gave me a similar Lane piece, but wider with 3 doors on front & I love the French decor, but it’s damaged & dark, and I have fabric just like your transfer, hmmm I’m thinking maybe. I just might….Gorgeous job!
Oh maaaaan! I love it. I NEVER buy toile! Because well, errrrr. I don’t like it. But I think I’m going to try super hard to stop saying I don’t like stuff- at least where @Jami Ray is concerned because I adore this piece! I’m mean it’s drop dead gorgeous. I love the chippy goodness. I love the layers. I love the colors. I love it all!
I love this! Thanks to your inspiration, I just finished a variation of this on a mirrored hall tree. At the last minute I decided to have the ocean as the top color. Turned out so pretty, the chippy is amazing! 😍
Now that’s what I’m talkin about! More French and move on to Gustavian, that’s the look that I’m getting into. I especially liked the white wax in the middle idea, it looks like the paint has oxidized.
Love love that transfer!! I definitely like the shade of pink coming through with the old look too with the dark wax and touch of gold!! It all went well with that style of dresser, what a steal. Would love to find something like that here in Canada but I think USA has better stuff like that. This would look so nice in an old chateaux..
I am currently looking at an old washstand with a harp that is in a dark brown. We are trying to convert it into a vanity. I think this finish is just what it needs! ❤️❤️
Like the techniques not crazy about the color nor complete end result but each their own. Absolutely love your dog adorable! Is he a schnauzer ?Snoodle?
Hi Jamie…this piece is absolutely beautiful. I have a question and hopefully you and Jeb could help me. I purchased an antique chifferobe that has drawers on one side and on the other it has a long door to store clothing. (metal bar pulls out to hang clothing..so not that big). My question is…my door is warped. Do you have any experience fixing this issue. I was told to remove door, add water and put weight on it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I tried this technique with a warped dresser drawer. I soaked tea towels, turned the drawer upside down and let the wood soak up the water with the tea towels draped over the drawer. Left it for a day or two, then put some weight on the top and let it dry like that. Worked a treat
I like how your cabinet turned out. Nice contrast. 😊 Question? I can’t remember do you sell paint to put on fabric of furniture? I have a small antique rocker that has this ugly harvest gold damask fabric. I dont know how to re-upholster furniture, so I thought I’d paint the fabric instead. I only want to paint the fabric not the wood of the chair. I would like to paint the fabric a creamy ivory or soft white. This will not be a chair that someone will sit on. Just a decor piece. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks

Phenomenal…. Phenomenal creation you 2 !!!!!
🥰🥰
Maybe if I held it for a long time it would hurt. But each coat was so fast because of the coverage of the big brush it was great.
This is wonderful. I'm impressed with the French country look, you have achieved. Great video ☺️
Lovely!!!

Love that ocean color!
Favorite piece ever. Can you tell me what “cream” color used on the trim? I assume it was milk paint the way it chipped.
It’s creamy milk paint. Creamy is the color.
Absolutely gorgeous!!

The water and weight technique is the easiest fix and works well
Thank you for your advice. Keep the awesome videos coming.

We have used diy paint to paint fabric. About 20th videos ago we did it with diy paint and clear wax.
Ok thanks I will look for the video.
Love that technique
You have a new best friend for life
Love, love, love it.
Nice!
Totally my thing. ♥️
