My owners in 2019 approved my maintence to install my AC when I signed and my now new property management in 2022 is trying to take out my AC during repainting purposes and they have no rights or permission. They will be abusing their rights of access and stealing private property as I bought the AC

Thanks for the info., glad I do not own income property in L.A. I live in Kern County, all my rentals are at 4000 feet above sea level. Cooling in the summer is not a problem as all units have swamp coolers and the summers are milder. Winters can be brutal sometimes thou.

True story: many years ago, my mother-in-law died of a heatstroke while sleeping in a room with one small window. She was in her 70's. I know it's rare, but it can happen.

LA doesn't ever get that cold compared to somewhere that isn't so close to the equator, nothing that a warm blanket and a comfy sweater can't resolve, but it does get hotter than most places on Earth it's just that people from LA are so accustomed to the heat but quite frankly no matter how adapted you are to the heat it does pose a risk to your health and especially your well being

AS A LANDLORD, IM READY TO OPEN WALLS TO REWIRE . I WILL NEED 240V. AND MAYBE A 400 AMPS. NOW THAT WALLS ARE OPEN I SHOULD RUN THE WIRES FOR THE DRYER, WATER HEATER AND STOVE. EVERYTHING WILL GO ELECTRIC. I WILL PULL PERMITS AND ONLY USE CONTRACTORS WITH A VALID LICENSE, I WILL REDO THE BATHROOMS AND ALSO THE FLOORS. TIME TO DO ALL THESE SHOULD TAKE 4 TO 6 MONTHS. LET ME GET THE PERMITS.
