for people wondering where this comes from its post-modernism and it began brewing in the art world(1960s maybe ) and gained notoriety with artists like Damien Hirst. We literally never hear of women going into men's locker rooms.
Men were forced to open locker rooms to female reporters or to keep all reporters out.
Actually I have heard about a situation at a school in Amsterdam where a girl who identifies as a boy has been using the boy's locker room. Apparently the boys are none too happy about this.

@@m_d1905 speak for yourself, it happens way more than you think, if a female feels comfortable with bullying another female and never gets disciplined when she gets caught, she'll start doing it with men, starting with manipulation and then with emotional abuse. 70 percent of males in the United States that are being abused by their female partner will likely never report the abuse, especially if it's physical abuse, I see a lot of abuse happening at Walmart and dollar general, any woman that will insult her man in public and then publicly admonish her man probably will physically attack him in private and it's hard to get the guy out of the situation. I've had to do this for one of my friends a few years ago, his x wife ended up in jail because she got married to another guy and beat him so bad that he was in the ER and then in the hospital for 2 days, she was still working him over with an oak closet rod when the cops showed up. They should've just shot her and did the paperwork, now she costing everyone paper but instead she got tased, btw, she'd be considered a Karen with shit she pulled with many other people.

Seriously, it's like waking up with sleep paralysis, and you fight really really hard to wake up out of it because you're so freaked-out when it happens. Great news! a judge with common sense and follows the letter of the law. We need more brave judges to call BS on gender identity, pronouns, verbs, adjectives. No man should be allowed to compete in women's sports, or use their dressing rooms. This is getting ridiculous when college presidents do not want to say their is a difference or define the difference between a man and a woman. This great news! Most people don’t realize the importance of title IX. There’s a lot more that it covers other than sports. Title IX helps disabled students too.

Wow. Holy smokes! That's an important thing you just said there. I never thought this deep into it, but WHAT IF some of these people start showing up to work "identifying" as disabled people and they start poaching on the benefits of truly disabled individuals?
Did you ever see that Seinfeld episode, where George pretends to be disabled in order to get hired by Play Now, and get the benefits with the nice office and nice bathroom? I know it sounds goofy because the show was funny, but seriously WHAT IF people star actually doing that for real? will people be forced to accept them being disabled (or in a wheelchair, for instance) based on what THEY BELIEVE THEY ARE, in the same way we're being told to believe them based on their own personal beliefs of their sexual orientation?
I mean, think about it, If a guy shows up "dressed" as a woman, and we're all supposed to accept him AS a woman, then what's stopping someone from showing up to work in a wheelchair or on crutches or something, and those of us that know he/she is truly NOT in need of any of those implements--will we then be forced to accept that person as TRULY physically challenged?
I mean, they're already showing up in tiger suits and making everyone accept them as animals 🙄
I sincerely never thought of that angle until I just read your comment, and then I thought of all the places that have to be forced to accept people's pets if the individual CLAIMS they are medically necessary. Then I thought this could, and may, start applying to those claiming physical medical disabilities. Something to think about, for sure.

@@jsv438there have been instances where people claim disability when they have none except in their own mind. It's sick bc the law protects them from scrutiny and rejects any kind of immediate inquiry of a person like that.
@@jsv438 you’re right and most people don’t realize how many consequences playing into delusional egos can cause. The only reason I was able to graduate college, with a brain injury, was because of the accommodations the title IX and the ADA. I had the option to take test in a room by myself. That barely ever happened and there would usually be one or two other students in the room taking a test at the same time. It wasn’t an issue cause we all had actual disabilities. What happens when the office for disabled students is full of delusional people with false disabilities, now instead of one or two other students taking a test at the same time, there is 10 other people in the same room.
Going even deeper think about how insane this sound. We are headed towards being forced to use preferred pronouns, no matter how bizarre they are. I have a traumatic brain injury that left me with some serious short term memory issues. How in the hell can they expect me to remember each persons preferred pronouns? Sorry, but I’m working with a limited memory and I’m not about to use up any of it to please a delusional preference. What happens when I “misgender” someone, only, because I forgot their preferred pronoun? Imagine if they actually make “misgendering” a crime, imagine what that can lead to now.
Show me where in Title IX is disability mentioned. The 1972 document recognizes the sexes and the blind.

I would only like to add that at the age of 67, I am amazed that the subject of “English 001” is coming up in such an ambiguous way. When I was growing up, English, was actually still taught is schools. It was about nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs and pronouns. Then, suddenly the eighties happened, and I don’t know where the subject went. Now today, it’s all about changing the language, and changing the meanings of words, such as pronouns. Language is a form of agreement. Agreement is a form of bond amongst a population. When you lose that, you lose everything. Think about that for a moment.
