From 2:21 is swahili poetry at its best(some of you noticed that it was different). Diamond uses words with the same last syllable at the end of each line to create rhythm. i.e kima-nga, kita-nga, ka-nga, maja-nga. This is what makes Tanzanian music so unique and beautiful.
One thing ave noticed about all these African videos they so much into light skin girls sad big up to burna for always promoting dark skin women ❤️

I just discovered this channel, not a RUclips person much but enjoyed this video.. Thanks for the shout out guy in the back.. I thought I heard Kigali! I'm a Rwandan residing in Rwanda but grew up in Zimbabwe therefore enjoy all kinds of music.. Almost all African music. Bird Man there's no one in Dar Es Salaam who reaches the stature that Drake has. I am a producer myself in Tanzania and I can tell you straight up tanzanian music is all about catchphrases and acoustic intrumentation...Drake bought a whole new sound from the beginning and Drake can actually write serious lyrics the only diamond song that made sense was utanipenda and he never wrote that....I'm not saying that he's not a good artist but he has along way to go.
Dude did not compare the two. He just stated what drake is to the U.s, Diamond is to East Africa. Anyway, Drake doesn't write anything. There are ghost writers who write his lyrics. Dude can't even freestyle. There are way more talented artists than drake. His delivery of the lyrics is sick but some dude ghost writes for him his lyrics.
