@@EmPtY-wrld21maybe he doesn’t A lot of people make specific shorts that cut out and sometimes it’s hard to tell if it was from a full video unless you wanna go check the profile or whatever But I know what you mean
You never hear the steel guitar in any of todays so called country"crap" music! Its a lost & forgotten art! So glad to hear this! Sure wished i knew how to play, that & the hermonica! Thanks for sharing!
I don't think so, cuz ya never hear it any more in most any "todays" so called modern county music! All ya ever hear in most today's songs is the base type BOOM BOOM rap style crap! Ya dont hear the steel guitar, harmonica, fiddles/violins, or even banjos!
My dad (who passed 7 years ago) was a steel guitar player, I never could get the coordination down so I stuck to regular guitar. His guitar was made by Leonard Stadler but he always wanted a show bud. He would have enjoyed this video, keep it up man, not many people in this world left with your talent
I absolutely love hearing a steel guitar. Not used all that much anymore, but just makes a song pop!!! Love it and you did an awesome job. Truly enjoyed this.❤
I'm from TX and a girl from Washington State I was dating at the time. Literally made me sing that freaking song over and over as a teenager. I guess my accent did something for her.
Fun Fact"Toy Caldwell had never played a steel guitar before & didn't know that the one he'd bought just the day before had not yet been tuned. He took it to a recording studio & did the steel guitar parts for "Fire on the Mountain" in that condition & music history was made.
I didnt know it was called your man but I was right. I automatically started singing, "Baby, lock the door and turn the lights down low." Then kept going and realized when I said, "just to be 'your man'," that it it was the song she said lmao
I'd LOVE to learn steel guitar. Alot of it is simple blues licks but the combination of the licks as well as the feel/vibe of each song can be hard piece together. Plus, tabs dont really exist for the instrument either.
I like when he played the other two country songs.
lol
This isn’t the original video lol. In the actual video he plays all of them.
U do understand that yt shorts is only a minute right
I've never heard any of them

Even if you hate country music, you gotta love the pure, clean sound of a steel guitar.
No I don't
Your not my dad
@@kichwatembo6551 I'm not your fourth-grade teacher either, but it's "you're."
@grouchomarxist666

Pedal steel is VERY much in most “modern country” songs…

I'm sorry for your loss.
Is he wearing an Intocable cap? That’s awesome.
I was gonna comment on that as well. He doesn't strike me as a Tejano fan but never judge a book aye
My Dad had the same pedal steel when i was a kid. Brings back great memories
Bruh, why did I have that song in my head before you even played it😭
Yeah them other two songs is like killer dude glad you played them now I can go to sleep.

Ray Price intro to “Night Life”, to me that’s one of the most epic memorable steel intros ever played.
That song still gives me goosebumps to this day. Buddy Emmons was the shit. My grandpa could play it flawlessly. I miss him 😢
I REALLY WANT ONE OF THOSE STEEL GUITARS, IF I HAD ONE I WOULD SPEND A LOT OF TIME LEARNING HOW TO PLAY IT❤
