I'm a Japanese Mario World fan, and I really wanted to tell you that I'm making this comment, sorry if the translation is hard to understand. This video is long, but everything is funny! I thought I knew all sorts of bug tricks in this game, but I was surprised to see so many bugs I didn't know existed! And it was really humorous and funny to watch! Thanks so much for making this video! Mario World is Awesome!!!!
I wonder why Japanese people love watching every kind of TASes, they're entertaining, which I mean, is okay, but it's odd, because almost every Japanese person I know loves TASes, but then in America and the rest of the world, only a small group of TASers enjoy TASes. Proves Japan is better than the rest of the world when it comes to tastes
He didn't show the glitch for the ? Mark game where if you spin your cape from right to left all the time you will earn each one no matter what order it's supposed to be
this man woke up and said "Fuck it, every glitch TAS" and I'm all here for it! I can't imagine the time that went into this, but it seems like it was worth it. amazing video!
Shoutout to this madlad not only for creating one of the coolest glitchfest runs out there, but also for still hearting comments he likes almost 3 years later.
The thing I love about this TAS is not just the glitches, but the way Mario is portrayed here. It's like Mario knows exactly what he's doing, and yet manages to surprise himself sometimes at what he does. This is especially funny when something flies away, and Mario looks up as if reacting to it like "What the heck did I just do?" I've been waiting on this video for so long, and I'm so grateful that this didn't become one of those projects you burn out on and put away forever. Thank you for your time and effort.
01:24:24 the leaf icon from Mario 3!!! This video is the answer to my childhood, because I accidentally found a few of these glitches and could never replicate them. You have absolutely mastered this game, and this is the ultimate blueprint on how a game should be beat. I just can't see why anyone would ever play the game after you have done it all. Fantastic video would be an understatement and a disservice to how grateful I am for this perfection!
This is incredible, I watched a ton of smw glitches videos and there were still some glitches I had never seen before. Entertaining, fast, beautiful. Yep, this TAS is an art piece, and amongst them, it's a masterpiece. Congratulations!

I love to imagine some of these glitches appearing in a 90's issue of Gamepro, along with instructions that are technically correct but virtually impossible to pull off manually. "Ride Hammer/Football player glitch, all you have to do is..."
This is some weird alternate timeline where Mario became a master alchemist instead of a plumber and he is constantly transfiguring reality around him using long forgotten rituals.
Yeah I’ve never ever seen a game so ruthlessly annihilated. OOT comes close in terms of being able to write code in game with bottles and chests, but this is fubar. To call this glitches and tricks is selling it so unbelievably short. It’s freaking amazing.

oh hi
At this point, you're not playing a game. You're playing a random assortment of ASM code that was scotch-taped together.
Super Mario World is like that quiet kid in class who does everything he's supposed to and keeps to himself, but once you become friends, you witness his true colors.
And in this case their true colors are a just insane personality
Classic Wayne Bradey situation
50:30 This went too deep into my heart, I love SMW, and watching that little detail using the coins was so nice
I guess if Nintendo had this kind of beta testers SMW would still today be in development
Beta testers that already know hundreds of glitches and their executions, that sounds like a recipe for development hell.
If Nintendo had good beta testers, they wouldn't release any game, their games are so buggy for one reason: they don't care, just play them, you won't execute those glitches in a normal game anyways

Omg I remember like 10 years ago looking for this exact video. You made my old dream come true ❤️
Same here, I watched videos like this all the time as a kid
I've said this in a video on a TAS ACE running on the original NES Super Mario Bros in which the ACE resulted in a "Bad Apple!!" animation with audio running on the actual hardware, but I'll say it here too:
I love the creativity of arbitrary code execution and, how the limitations of the hardware and software come to contribute to that creativity! It's so awesome
You will be surprised when you discover that this video does not have Arbitrary Code Execution. All of this was done with just 1 control 😅

Niceeeeee 🥳
Idk what my eyes are going to watch before sleep LOL
This guy creates monsters with the glitches! There should be a special division on investigating that phenomenon.
God this is soo fun to watch! Thank you :)
Glad you enjoyed it!
least glitchy smw playthrough
I love to imagine some of these glitches appearing in a 90's issue of Gamepro, along with instructions that are technically correct but virtually impossible to pull off manually. "Ride Hammer/Football player glitch, all you have to do is..."
I have no clue of what's happening in this video, from a technical point, but I know I like what I see!
Explaining is a difficult task, but I'm glad you liked it 😅
@@IgorOliveira666 Oh I can imagine it's very complicated to explain hah!
50:35 hi :)
The movement was insane. Absolutely shredded this game
Mario put the wrong mushrooms on his spaghetti.
OMG IT'S HERE YOU ARE AMAZING
Trinity: What is he doing?
Morphius: He's beginning to believe
30:19 I didn't know the bars were set up perfectly to get the one up. Too cool
This was very interesting to watch, very cool video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
43:37 'Soda Lake'
have to say this shit is a wild ride, lots of new stuff ive never seen, glad mario 3 aint the only one with a "playaround" tas
This is some weird alternate timeline where Mario became a master alchemist instead of a plumber and he is constantly transfiguring reality around him using long forgotten rituals.
Holy Jesus this make mario world seem downright broken its core and its just awesome 😂 thou i will admit at first I had no idea what was happening lol
Yeah I’ve never ever seen a game so ruthlessly annihilated. OOT comes close in terms of being able to write code in game with bottles and chests, but this is fubar.
To call this glitches and tricks is selling it so unbelievably short. It’s freaking amazing.
