What a blessing. Been onboard enough to see these fish in and out of water. To see them moving in unison, celebrating local culture... It makes me smile to be American.
I love Lex, every song she just lets herself get into it, she must be some type of artist and Brad is so straight laced, they are like the perfect balance to one another.
That's so cool, I lived in that trailer park during the shooting of this video. Dead serious, I decided not to be in the video and regret not being in the ending shot. I stayed home from work one of the days during shooting to watch, they were strict on people letting them get the video done but the whole crew, actors and Toby kept himself were awesome. I went back to work the next day and my wife took my Fender Strat and got Toby to sign it. That was years ago. I restored that guitar and nearly polished off his signature but it's still there. I would never sell it, it's special to me. watching this video brought back so many memories. I almost forgot nearly everyone in the end shot is my family lol! Looking back I wish my wife and I would have been in it. The trailer we lived in was the first place my wife and I lived in on our own together. It was a very important place to me and I'll never forget when Toby showed up to shoot this video. "Village Hills" in Nashville TN. My aunt still lives there now. Thanks for the cool reaction video, I love watching y'alls channel.
@@Jaster832 Thanks for the info. I’m not a country music fan, only heard Toby Keith by accident and really liked his music - then I binged all his songs. I will give Brad Paisley a listen. 👍🏼
@@brianbrekke9500 I just watched the video. Good song. That is Ricky Schroder playing the soldier if I’m not mistaken. I do recognize Brad Paisley from an insurance commercial with Peyton Manning, though I’d never heard him sing until today. Thanks for the recommendation. 👍🏼 Can you point me towards one of his best humorous songs?
Lived in a trailer park most of my life this song is spot on. You have good ones as well as bad ones. There is not one thing wrong with living in one, you'll meet some awesome people. Everybody knows Everybody, and which kid belongs to which person. We couldn't get away with nothing growing up.😂😂
Toby has a great, humorous way with words. Try "As good as I once was", "I like girls that drink beer"', "Lets get drunk & be somebody", "Beers ago", and "God love her", which has one of the greatest lines in all of song writing.
I grew up in a trailer park in Hanover, Md. I LOVED it❣️ Ice cream truck, the soda machine by the managers’ office, friends out the ass & something always happening❣️ 😁
Love Brad and Lex. Brad's so chilled and Lex gets me laughing so hard because of her reactions I almost fall out of my chair. They just seem like great people. My favorites.
Keep going down this Country Music rabbit hole, you'll be so glad you did! These song are from the hearts of these singers, each one will have a true story behind it that we can all relate to. Love your reactions because you actually listen to the songs and their meaning! Have fun on your journey!
So glad I watched until the end. Your poor mama! "Troats!" "It'll pick ya up, or make you feel like you got thrown down a flight of stairs." lol Shine or spirit of choice, vanilla ice cream, Kahlua hits the spot too.
I don't know how you two managed to get even more adorable, but well done! My mom's best friends lived in a trailer park, and when I was a little kid I absolutely loved visiting them with her, because it felt like a little mini-city. There's just a different vibe in trailer parks.
Im glad you guys were able to listen to this one. Toby has a library of music spanning decades. I think back to my time in the park. A lot of good times and great people. Your journey thus far has been a pleasure to watch.
I love you two. I loved liveing in a trailer park where the people were all looking out for each orher and helping each other where at least you do have a little yard but a yard that you can relax in and not an appartment where you don t have a spot that feels like your own. People that live in these big old houses don,t know there neigbors.
Yeah.. I live in the Trailerhood myself.. I've always looked at life here as something like glorified camping. Camping was always fun when we were young.. All the other kids camping nearby.. We'd all bring our bikes to ride and baseball. All kinds of fun.. Same here in the Trailerhood.. Always kids out there.. bike whizzing by, people out working on their cars or in their yards.. Almost always someone to talk to.. Yep !! I quite like my little life here in the Trailerhood !!
Lol. Growing up in Texas, when the sirens went off, everyone ran outside to try to see it. Same thing when I worked in OK years later. Nothing wrong with the mobile home setting, but there are a lot of stereotypes that are both true, and funny. Been There, Done That! Peace, Love!!
I really love T.K., he has some really great music... first got into his music when he toured down here in 2013, at CMC Rocks the Hunter, a country music festival over the course of a weekend at one of the wineries in the NSW Hunter Valley. I missed out on tickets coz they sold out in a heartbeat, but saw a fair bit of his stuff on the telly, and he was interviewed by just about every news and entertainment show here... Growing up there was a caravan park just behind the local primary school, right on the beach, one of the girls in my class lived there because her olds were the owner/managers... it's not quite like it was, back then it was a nice family friendly kind of place, but now it's turned into a posh holiday resort, still has some caravans, but also a lot of those flash cabin type accommodations and "glamping" tents, they charge an arm and a leg and ya left kidney... ;)
This is perfect song after your trailer tour, I feel like I know you guys even better now! You guys have so much energy and fun just cant wait to see your reactions.
I never lived in a trailer park but I live in an apartment complex for years now and it’s surprisingly similar lol. I swear it’s college dorm meets retirement home and we all meet out to drink together in the summer.
Hahaha, that was great 👍 🤣 Loved the tour also. What vicinity of Florida do ya'll reside. I'm from Southwest Louisiana and recently relocated to Jacksonville.
Toby Always sings they way things are!! That's why he's my Favorite Country singer!! A Great Dude!! Dig Deeper you won't be Disappointed with his Music!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Those drinks and stuff sound Amazing!!
Toby Keith has some great songs so whether you need to hear something heartfelt, patriotic, romantic, sad, melancholy, inspiring, thoughtful, or just plain funny, yeah especially funny, then Toby’s got what you need. My favorite songs by Toby Keith are Who’s That Man; Wish I Didn’t Know Now; You Shouldn’t Kiss Me Like That; He Ain’t Worth Missing; We Were In Love; Upstairs Downtown; How Do You Like Me Now; I Wanna Talk About Me; American Soldier; Trailerhood; A Little Too Late; A Little Less Talk and a Lot More Action; and of course Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue.
My wife and I both spent part of childhood in trailer parks and have nothing but fond memories. It was such a happy fun place full of families. Y'all should check out the TV series Trailer Park Boys, hilarious
If your trailer park doesn't have a "koolaid cup lady" Lex could be that lady. Get some little mouthwash cups and popsicle sticks, freeze em up and sell them for 50 cents each. Your gallon of koolaid is paid for if you only sell one and a gallon makes like fifty of them lol.
Holy Shit! I lived in an old duplex hood that a “KoolAid Lady”. She would sell those from under her carport along with random Mexican candies that she would bring back from Mexico 3-4 times a year.
Oh you guys need to check out all Toby Keith songs and videos.. I have never seen Brad laugh this much! I like Toby Keith and Brad Paisley both are hilarious! I live in East Tennessee between Knoxville and Nashville and not a country fan but I like a few artist and of course Dolly! Love your place I would feel right at home.. lived in several trailers and so has about everyone I know. I only care about a good soul and only want to know ppl with a good soul! I saw an interview w/TK after this song came out and he said song was inspired by his wife, he came home and she was crying bc someone in Nashville had called them trailer trash ( not old money new artist money) and he said yes they were but it's ok , they were laughing all the way to the bank.. love that!
What a blessing. Been onboard enough to see these fish in and out of water.
