- Rebekah Allick is a standout player for the University of Nebraska volleyball program. She helped the team reach the national championship match in 2023 and is a key player on the 2024 squad.
Catholic Diocese of Lincoln Director of Communications Dennis Kellogg recently sat down with Allick to discuss topics including her conversion to the Catholic faith, advice for young adults on their own faith journey and her work with the "I've Got A Name," organization in Nebraska.

Rebekah, Christ alone is sufficient for you. Loved watching this interview but, I will encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus. Mary was a blessed woman no doubt but, she was, like we all can be, a vessel used by God for His purpose. Mary would agree that she was honored to be chosen but, outside of that no different than anyone else. God never lifted her to deity status, men did that. Love seeing you reaching for The Truth of Gods word and using your platform for good. Jesus makes you Holy.❤️:)
What a wonderful young lady, to be representing the universe of Nebraska. You see the way all the young girls look up to BecKa. Especially at Volleyball day in Nebraska. Hopefully she is able to be part of the university and team long after she Graduates.
It would be amazing to see you win a National Championship, but seeing you and the other girls in heaven one day would far surpass that! I pray you all seek His kingdom first and play for His glory!💜
