Just followed your instructions and worked great, except I skipped a step. I didn’t take the window out. I used a window / tile sucker plung to prop the window up which allowed me to remove the regulator out. Saved me time .thank you

Honestly, I used this video to get to the actuator and replace it, but there wasn’t any videos for it so thanks for helping me get inside the door!

Trying to refresh my memory to replace the same regulator the 4th times. Not sure why it is always the passenger side rear window regulator keeps broken.
Just a comment that no need to take the glass out. Just use something, like painting tape, to keep it up. Save some time.

What year is this mdx? I have a 2006 mdx

It's. 2003. The same body style 2001 to 2006. But even the newer models have very similar regulator setup.
